In a recent confessional with InStyle, the actress revealed that the fairy tale similarities resonated deeply with her own inspiration. "Ironically, Cinderella was my favorite princess," Ha shared. She added that she embraced the enchantment of the iconic ballroom scene while crafting her performance. "I tapped into the magic of the ball to channel her essence... I watched [the 1950 Disney version of Cinderella] countless times."
Meanwhile, her co-star shared his reflections on their on-screen connection in a separate interview with Vogue. He explained that the chemistry audiences perceive was not something they forced upon each other. Instead, it developed organically over time as they worked together on set. He noted that chemistry isn't a fixed quality that actors either possess or lack but rather something that blossoms through shared scenes and trust. "You discover what your chemistry is and how it evolves. It's not a simple yes or no. It's more passive than that. You let it happen and embark on this discovery journey together.
