Episode 7 of "4Minutes" kicks off with a harrowing scene where Tonkla's intoxicated father brutally kills their beloved cat, sparking an attempted intervention from Tonkla that only results in him being brutally beaten by his father until Dome rushes to his aid. The brothers, desperate for justice, turn to the police, but their pleas for help are met with indifference. One fateful day, driven to the brink, Tonkla shoves their father down a flight of stairs and stands idly by as Dome frantically summons an ambulance.
Elsewhere, Title, in a moment of panic, discards a memory card containing dashcam footage of him and Great discarding Dome's body. The card is serendipitously discovered by a father-son fishing duo, who bring it to the Chief. However, the Chief breaks the card and silences them with threats, ensuring the truth remains buried.
As the Chief takes charge of Dome's case, Win, with underhand tactics, inquiries with Won, the forensics expert, about the case report. It emerges that the blood on the rock belongs to Dome, and the fingerprint belongs to Title. However, Won has been coerced to alter the findings, rendering the report useless.
Determined to uncover the truth, Win scrutinizes the dorm's CCTV footage from the night of the murder. Upon realizing it's been tampered with, he threatens the security guard until the guard reveals the genuine footage. The video depicts a fierce altercation between Title and Dome, culminating in Dome losing consciousness. The guard hands Win a copy of the footage and then discreetly alerts someone.
Win updates Tonkla on his findings but warns that, with the police unwilling to intervene, they must resort to leaking the footage online to compel the authorities to arrest Title. Tonkla remains unconvinced, haunted by visions of his deceased cat.
Just before Win can expose the footage to the media, Title's henchmen shoot him and seize the USB. Tonkla is unperturbed by Win's shooting and is further frustrated to learn that the detective hadn't even backed up the footage. Despite this setback, Win remains resolute, planning to search for additional evidence. Meanwhile, Tonkla embarks on his own investigative mission, driven by a personal vendetta and the memory of his lost pet.
He ventures to the riverbank and serendipitously encounters the fisherman duo. While the father remains taciturn, the son, sensing an opportunity, steps forward to lend a hand. From his phone, he retrieves a duplicate of the dashcam footage depicting Great, Title, and Dome, presenting it to Tonkla.
Back at his abode, Tonkla delves into the backgrounds of the two lads and is astounded to discover that Great is Korn's kin. His deceased feline then materializes in his mind's eye, wandering past a firearm, eliciting a grim smile as a sinister plot begins to take shape. One might deduce that, subsequent to this revelation, Tonkla eliminates Title and fires upon Great.
Presently, the Sriwats are going into stealth mode, unable to trace Great's whereabouts. Korn is entrusted with the daunting task of locating his brother and disposing of a cellphone containing sensitive shareholder information. As Korn makes his way to Great's condominium, he is startled to find his sibling laying wounded from gunshot wounds.
Elsewhere, Den is engrossed in conducting interviews for his research when Lukwa suddenly appears, bearing heart-shaped candies. As they engage in conversation about his research endeavors, she confesses that she feared she might have been eternally trapped in that four-minute purgatory, succumbing to her fate in the real world if she hadn't regained her senses. It was the voice of her then-boyfriend that served as her beacon back to reality. Den concludes that hearing is the last sense to fade before one's demise, thus making it plausible that a loved one's voice would possess immense power. The encounter concludes with Lukwa flirting with Den, expressing gratitude to her ex for allowing her to exist in the real world and converse with him, causing him to blush.
During his brief respite, as he steps out with Nurse Bee, Tyme catches a glimpse of Great being wheeled into the Emergency Room. With a sense of urgency, he dials Tyme, who promptly rushes to the hospital. Den offers Tyme solace, sensing his guilt over their last encounter with Great. Tyme is consumed by the belief that his decisions will lead to Great's untimely demise. Den, however, offers a glimmer of hope, handing Tyme his research paper enriched with Lukwa's revelation about waking up to the sound of her ex's voice.
Tyme approaches Great, who lies in a coma, whispering words of forgiveness that echo those Great had foreseen on the drink Tyme had brought him during his 4-minute limbo glitch. In the realm of reality, Tyme harbors a hope that they can share a heartfelt meal once Great awakens.
Returning to his home, Tyme is shocked to find it in disarray. He quickly initiates a video call to his grandmother, his heart lifting when she answers. However, his fleeting joy is shattered when Warit, revealing himself as the mastermind behind the hit on Tyme's parents, shoots her. Warit confesses his hand in orchestrating their demise and admits to having plans to eliminate Tyme as well. As Warit's assassin emerges from the shadows to execute Tyme, the scene abruptly shifts to a flashback of Great's childhood.
Great's mother, Wiriya, still Mr. Sriwat's mistress, showers him with affection but acknowledges that he cannot divorce Korn's mother due to financial troubles that threaten his business. Seizing an opportunity, Wiriya introduces Sriwat to investors who are revealed to be the Pakorns, Tyme's parents. They, owners of gambling dens, agree to a partnership with Sriwat, unaware of the dark paths their alliance will traverse.
As the adults engage in serious business discussions, Great interrupts Tyme, who is engrossed in his games. Their playful bond blossoms swiftly as they share laughter while gaming and indulging in candy. The pair then ventures out for ice cream, but Great's cone slips from his grasp amidst the sudden barking of a dog. Tyme stands by him, shielding him from harm and generously handing over his Game Boy to ease the disappointment of the lost treat.
Elsewhere, Sriwat receives news of the Pakorns being scrutinized by authorities. To prevent their exposure, Warit offers to tidy up the mess, but Sriwat warns him against harming the Pakorns, to which Warit responds with a sinister smile. Suspecting deceit, Mrs. Pakorn entrusts Tyme to her mother's care, vowing to return swiftly. Reluctant to burden Tyme with their troubles, she entrusts her diary to her mother instead.
In a harrowing turn, Tyme is shot in the abdomen. Despite his efforts to flee, the assassin pursues and fires again. It is now 11 PM, and Great's heart stops beating unexpectedly. Simultaneously, Tyme's heart also ceases functioning, plunging him into a four-minute limbo.
In this surreal state, Tyme finds himself in his grandmother's kitchen, assisting her with cooking. His eyes catch a glimpse of his mother's diary perched on a high shelf. His grandmother insists she never revealed it to him, believing it would alter nothing, but Tyme's frustration is palpable. At the cliffhanger of Episode 7 of 4Minutes, she places a poignant ultimatum before him: to either retain the diary or restore it to its place.
