Eui-ju is on her way to the bus stop when she spots Woo-su ahead of her. She's annoyed and decides to follow him. As she does, Woo-su trips after a pigeon poops on his head, and his glasses are flung into the bushes. He passes out, and Eui-ju helps him up. She realizes he can't see without his glasses and searches the bushes for them. She accidentally steps on them, breaks them, and hides them in her bag instead of telling him the truth.
Woo-su asks Eui-ju to call Dong-ju to bring his spare glasses. Meanwhile, Gi-jeon and Da-ju arrive with Dong-ju to help search for the missing pair. They fail to find them, and Woo-su uses an old pair of glasses. As the teachers prepare to leave, they notice Eui-ju waiting and offer her a ride to school. She gets excited but panics about being seen by her classmates. She hides in the back seat to avoid being noticed. Woo-su throws his jacket over her face as students run behind the car.
At the school gate, Woo-su, Da-ju, and Dong-ju get out as students crowd around them. Elsewhere, Gi-jeon parks the car and leaves it unlocked. Eui-ju tries to sneak out, but Woo-su returns to get his jacket. He questions her about the glasses and warns her about lying.
In class, Woo-su introduces a new exchange student, Jennie from Singapore, and asks her to sit beside Ji-a. After Woo-su leaves, the students speak to Jennie and offer to help her adjust. She reveals that she accidentally enrolled in the Jeonju branch instead of the Seoul branch. Eui-ju notices Woo-su struggling with his glasses.
Later, Eui-ju attempts to fix the broken glasses and considers returning them. In Japanese class, Da-ju catches her writing her math essay and takes her to the staff room. Woo-su makes her read the essay aloud and gives her two demerit points. He then asks her to monitor Ji-a's attendance and warns that she will be penalized if Ji-a misses assembly. Back in class, Eui-ju's friends feel she is being treated unfairly. They try to make her appear sick, but Woo-su sees through it.
In her head, Eui-ju retreats into her BL story and vents her frustration through Woo-su's character. She decides to get even with him through her writing. Meanwhile, at lunch, the students discuss Jennie's love life.
Elsewhere, Woo-su uses eye drops to ease his eye irritation. In the staff room, Eui-ju collects a track form from Gi-jeon and notices Woo-su's discomfort. After school, she tries to stop Ji-a from leaving but fails. Woo-su still gives her demerit points despite her efforts. Eui-ju becomes upset with his behavior and throws his glasses in the trash as Episode 3 ends.
