As the fourth episode of "Bad Influencer" unfurls, Joyce and Bheki launch a surprise attack on BK as she returns home from her meeting with Bra Alex, her car windows shattering in the chaos. BK fights back with ferocity, striking back at her assailants and issuing a chilling warning to stay away. Meanwhile, the influencer community turns on Pinky following her confrontation with Naomi, with memes circulating online and Naomi publicly accusing Pinky of selling counterfeit bags.

The online backlash is relentless, and Pinky considers fleeing the scene. However, BK dissuades her, insisting that they must find a replacement to save themselves from deeper trouble. As BK takes Leo to school, he notices the shattered car window, a reminder of the dangerous game they're playing. Bra Alex follows closely behind, threatening to harm Leo if BK reveals the truth about Fungai's murder. He demands that BK reconcile with Pinky to secure their sales and avoid further trouble.
Soon after, the police discover Fungai's body, the word "Snitch" carved into his head. Themba is determined to find the killer but is told by his superior to focus on the counterfeit racket instead. BK begins working at Bra Alex's sewing facility, training seamstresses to make the bags while still reeling from the shock of Fungai's murder.
Themba pays a visit to the facility to question Bra Alex about Fungai's death, warning him that he will soon be called in for questioning. He later tells his partner that they just need to wait for Bra Alex to make a mistake. Meanwhile, Pinky faces a relentless online hate campaign and considers leaving the scene entirely. However, BK forbids it, demanding that she find a replacement instead. Babi, the pawnshop owner, visits BK and blackmails her for a 10% profit share in exchange for silence.
To rectify Pinky's tarnished image, BK and Pinky embark on a mission to enlist fresh influencers. As BK suffers the weight of panic attacks stemming from Bra Alex's ominous threats, Pinky proposes a devious plan: to create a fictitious anonymous influencer account to peddle the bags. They bribe Naomi's assistant, who unburdens the secrets of Naomi's tax fraud and mishandling of charitable funds.
BK enlists Lelz, Babi, and Dunia in a daring heist, orchestrating a phony spa day at Lelz's hotel. Here, BK follows Naomi, jots down her locker combination, and snatches the phone. Babi deftly hacks into it while Dunia serves as a lookout. When Naomi abruptly ends the spa session, Pinky distracts her long enough for BK to return the phone unnoticed.
With the stolen evidence in hand, BK and Pinky send the proof of Naomi's fraud to YouTube personality Lady V, under the pseudonym of Moghel Slay. Lady V exposes Naomi's deceits online, prompting Jacques to sever ties with her. Desperate, Naomi goes live, accusing Moghel Slay of falsehoods.
Draped in a glittering mask and employing voice modulation, BK cultivates the Moghel Slay persona, urging women in Johannesburg to #Detoxify their luxury goods. She informs Bra Alex of their business's thriving state and demands he return the stolen funds and rein in Bheki.
Later, BK meets with Leo's school principal, pays the fee in cash, and secures his admission. At home, Pinky announces her departure, but BK insists they make a formidable duo. They delve into BK's relationship with Themba; BK lies, saying she isn't compatible for him. Pinky urges her to give Themba another chance.
At a restaurant, BK meets Themba and he asks for a reconciliation. She professes her desire to focus on Leo and doesn't have time for love; yet, they end up making out and having sex in his car.
Meanwhile, Bra Alex summons Bheki and executes Joyce in his presence. He films Bheki's emotional collapse and sends the video to BK, sealing their fate in a web of deceit and betrayal.
