Billionaire’s Bunker – Season 1 Episode 4 1

At the infirmary, chaos erupts as Yako’s condition rapidly deteriorates, his body going into code. With Julia’s tragic demise, they are now without a doctor. Panic sets in among the staff as they frantically debate their next move. Should they risk bringing in an outside doctor or attempt to transport Yako to a hospital? Both options carry immense peril.

In a desperate move, Minerva decides to seek Asia’s help. They locate her in the gym, where she is diligently working on resetting Max’s dislocated arm. Asia hesitates for a moment, revealing that she is not yet certified, having not even graduated. Nevertheless, she steps up to the challenge, doing everything in her power to stabilize Yako and prevent further harm.

Meanwhile, in the control room, Luca cautions Ziro about Oswaldo’s incessant calls. They recognize the need for a more strategic approach to handle Oswaldo and uncover the reason behind his urgent plea to speak with Guillermo. Oswaldo leaves a message, his voice tinged with excitement, urging Guillermo to call him back immediately. He claims to have the best news they’ve been anxiously awaiting for the past two decades.

Back in the infirmary area, Max receives a stern reprimand from Minerva. She accuses him of killing Yako, though adds that they managed to revive him. She warns him in no uncertain terms to cease his reckless behavior for the sake of everyone’s safety. Seizing the opportunity to assert her authority, she confiscates his taser and demonstrates her control by using it on him, albeit lightly.

Elsewhere, Victoria, Mimi, Frida, and the other guests are escorted to the bunker’s highest vantage point. Their mission is to establish contact with the outside world. Equipped with radios, they are tasked with the critical job of determining whether any other humans have managed to survive.

Frida is the first to receive a response, but the staff can't help but wonder what on earth she's going on about. As it turns out, the radios aren't even hooked up! While they're there, Frida and Victoria dive into a heart-to-heart about their romantic woes. Frida is consumed with worry over Rafa, while Victoria is scheming to seduce Mimi. Victoria encourages Frida to find herself a real stallion of a man to be her lover, refusing to believe that Frida had an affair with her yoga instructor.

Speaking of Rafa, he confides in the therapy group, expressing that he feels like he's been married to an AI, much like Roxan. He feels utterly alone, but Guillermo steps in to reassure him that he's not. Seizing this moment, Ziro takes the opportunity to pressure Guillermo into opening up more.

They need Guillermo to be more forthcoming so that Roxan can swiftly study him. Guillermo's mind drifts back to the time when he pleaded with Rafa to testify truthfully in court. Later, Guillermo approaches one of the staff members, Ingrid, in an attempt to do Rafa a favor and help him move on. Guillermo rambles on about how a man cheating on his wife is somehow a mark of respect, and he convinces Rafa that he needs to rediscover his virility.

On the other side of the bunker, Victoria sees her chance to get closer to Mimi. She regales Mimi with tales of Guillermo's infidelity and how his wife suffered, acting as if Mimi has somehow redeemed Guillermo, though it's all a web of lies.

Unknowingly, Mimi starts to open up to Victoria. Suddenly, they pick up a frequency of a civilian plane requesting permission to land. Of course, this is all staged, and Minerva wants the guests to hear a military captain refusing the aircraft. They all listen intently as the alleged aircraft meets its tragic end.

At the spa, Rafa strikes up a conversation with Elena, the woman who attempted suicide. Meanwhile, Guillermo shifts his attention to Ingrid. It turns out that Oswaldo left Guillermo a message, threatening to call the Philippines' ambassador to track him down.

The staff concurs that they need to act swiftly. Ziro insists that Roxan isn't ready to clone Guillermo just yet. The scene cuts to another flashback of the staff meticulously planning the heist. They were unable to distinguish between the real Julia and her clone.

Presently, Ziro employs Roxan to clone Guillermo and make a call to Oswaldo. Oswaldo reveals that they are on the verge of acquiring a company that Guillermo has been vying for nearly two decades.

However, the CEO, Orduna, proves to be a stickler for direct communication, insisting on speaking with Guillermo only in person. Seizing the opportunity, Ziro cleverly fabricates a network glitch during their call, creating a pause that allows him to scurry off and gather more crucial information.

Meanwhile, Oswaldo, ever the romantic optimist, harbors the belief that Guillermo is investing his efforts in salvaging his marriage and is even ready to embrace philanthropy to win back Mimi's affection. Out of a misguided sense of concern that Guillermo might be losing his edge, Oswaldo offers to take charge of the meetings. During their discussion, Oswaldo casually drops a bombshell: Orduna will not agree to the sale unless BJ3 is included in the package. Unfortunately, Roxan is left scratching her head, utterly baffled by the enigmatic reference to BJ3. Realizing the urgency, they swiftly wrap up the call before Oswaldo can sense anything amiss.

In a different corner of this intricate web, Asia is tasked with stitching up Max's wound. Yet, her growing attraction to him proves to be a major distraction, making it nearly impossible for her to concentrate on the task at hand. Overwhelmed by her emotions, she abruptly flees, leaving Max bewildered and pondering over her sudden departure. Later, Max confronts her, seeking answers. In a fit of emotional turmoil, Asia lashes out, branding him a monster and launching into a tirade about how much she despises him. Deep down, however, she is yearning to kiss him with every fiber of her being. Her harsh words cut through Max like a knife, leaving him wounded. As she walks away, tears streaming down her face, she is consumed by a mix of regret and longing.
