Billionaire’s Bunker – Season 1 Episode 8 1

As Oswaldo makes his way to the airport, his phone rings—it's Guillermo, demanding that he check into the hotel he's reserved. Of course, unbeknownst to Oswaldo, Minerva has already installed a camera in the room, ready to capture every move. Later, Guillermo contacts Oswaldo again, informing him of a dinner reservation he's made on his behalf.

During dinner, Oswaldo crosses paths with Ingrid, who, as planned, begins to seduce him. They spend the evening at a club, with Ingrid portraying the role of a distraught daughter on the verge of losing her mother. Throughout the night, the team subtly spikes Oswaldo's drinks with small, carefully measured doses of ecstasy. After returning to the hotel room, just as Ingrid is about to share a intimate moment with Oswaldo, she receives a call that interrupts their plans.

Realizing he needs rest before his crucial meeting with the company CEO, Oswaldo decides to get some sleep. However, Minerva has other plans—she's not about to let him rest easy. They call him back, this time impersonating Guillermo, and urgently order him to rush to the company headquarters.

Guillermo (or rather, his impersonators) insists that Oswaldo must secure the bid at any cost, claiming to have convinced the CEO to grant them an opportunity. Oswaldo arrives to find the air conditioning system non-functional, adding to the sweltering heat. Exhausted, under the influence of the spiked drinks, and driven by a desperate need to prove himself to Guillermo, Oswaldo agrees to buy the company for a staggering 900 million euros.

Max and Yako nearly erupt into another brawl after Yako blithely reveals he's bedded Frida. Seizing the moment, Asia slips into the security office and pilfers two earpieces. Before making her exit, Max confronts his mother head-on. In a candid, almost cruel, disclosure, Frida lays bare the intricacies of her affair with Guillermo to Max. The revelations, coupled with the heartless manner of their delivery, shatter Max's resolve, prompting him to lash out at Frida's selfishness before storming off.

Meanwhile, Asia busies herself with gathering the necessary components for her bomb. Upon Max's return, she envelops him in a comforting embrace. Asia then confides in him her newfound resolve to embark on a fresh chapter, brimming with a genuine zest for life. Max, consumed by a growing resentment towards his family for the deceit woven throughout his life, confides in Rafa about the clandestine relationship between Guillermo and Frida. Surprisingly, Rafa absorbs the news with more composure than anticipated.

In Victoria's bunker, Mimi succumbs to the haze of Morphine, leading to a passionate encounter with Victoria. Guillermo barges in, catching them in a compromising position. Mimi dismisses him, while Victoria ridicules his ego. Frantic, Guillermo seeks solace in Rafa's bunker, pouring out his frustrations. Rafa, maintaining his composure, urges Guillermo to reconcile with Frida.

Unaware of the trap, Guillermo confronts Frida, intending to mete out punishment for her perceived transgressions. However, Frida swiftly turns the tables, breaking his nose and asserting dominance in their power-play. She leaves Guillermo on his knees, issuing another ultimatum, just as Rafa walks in to witness the scene. Rafa then uncovers his deception regarding Marta. It transpires that when Marta called, she was in tears after discovering Mimi and Guillermo's affair. Rafa had told her that Guillermo always cherished his mistresses more than her.

Rafa then levels an accusation at Guillermo, compelling him to confront the reality that his wife's demise was a direct consequence of his infidelity. Following their intense conversation, Max and Asia shatter their bracelets, symbolizing their break from the past, and begin plotting their next course of action. Yako reports the unfolding drama to Minerva, who remains indifferent. Like the others, she assumes Asia and Max are attempting to conceal a romantic entanglement.

The plan unfolds with impeccable precision. Asia skillfully drugs Tirso and steals his uniform, seamlessly procuring everything necessary to circumvent the stringent security protocols. They trigger another electrical short circuit and detonate their homemade bomb with calculated expertise. Amidst the ensuing chaos, Max seizes the opportunity to dash towards the emergency stairs and ascend rapidly. By the time the system completes its reboot, he has already made significant progress. Yako, in a heated confrontation, discovers Asia in a compromising position with Tirso. Minerva, displaying a ruthless streak, commands Yako to pursue Max relentlessly and eliminate him before he reaches the surface.

Meanwhile, after finalizing the acquisition of the company, Oswaldo rushes to the airport. As he soars through the skies, a billboard featuring the actress who portrayed Ingrid’s mother catches his eye. A nagging sense of unease washes over him, prompting him to scrutinize Ingrid’s fabricated social media profile. To his astonishment, the page vanishes right before his eyes. Memories of the name "Kimera" scrawled in Guillermo’s safe resurface, compelling him to investigate further.

Oswaldo frantically searches the internet for any trace of Kimera, but his efforts yield nothing. It doesn't take long for the pieces to fall into place, revealing the elaborate scam he's been ensnared in. With a steely resolve, he instructs the pilot to make an immediate U-turn. Upon arriving in Bangkok, he discovers the supposed office is nothing but an empty shell. He dials Guillermo’s number, recounting every detail and inquiring about Kimera and Guillermo’s college nickname for him.

Roxan, caught off guard, fails to provide a satisfactory response, fueling Oswaldo’s determination to expose the scammers to the authorities. Minerva, alerted to the situation, contacts Luca and issues a chilling order to eliminate Oswaldo. Ingrid and Luca act swiftly, intercepting Oswaldo before he can alert the police. They execute him with cold precision, staging the scene to resemble an accident before vanishing into the night.

Back at the scene of the original heist, Asia is powerless to save Mimi after Victoria and Antonio administer a lethal dose of Morphine. Through their earpieces, Asia pleads with Max not to abandon her. She argues vehemently that with Mimi gone, there’s no longer a reason to jeopardize his life. In a moment of vulnerability, she confesses her love for him. Yet, Max remains unyielding. The recent events have shattered his spirit, leaving him devoid of the will to stay.

Yako closes in on Max with lethal intent, but Max’s determination carries him to the elevator just in time. The show culminates in a dramatic climax as Max throws open the main door, stepping into an uncertain future.
