Episode 3 of Season 2 of "Bitch X Rich" unfolds with Hae-in's awakening from her prolonged coma, heralding a fresh chapter. At school, Je-na steps in to champion Hae-in's entry into the exclusive Diamond 6 circle, a move that naturally stirs up opposition from Yul-hee and her eccentric beau. Do-eon is caught off guard when Je-na decides to exclude him from their ranks, but he soon realizes that personal animosity isn't the culprit; rather, it's his uncle who betrayed him. Yul-hee's ire also extends to Hee-su for siding with Je-na and Hae-in.
Jin-wook, meanwhile, finds the entire situation amusing, still harboring hopes of capturing Je-na's attention, which she coldly refuses to grant. Amidst Do-eon and others' struggles to adapt, Hye-in adjusts seamlessly, her spirits lifted by the news that all disciplinary charges against her will be dropped. Hee-su warmly welcomes her into the elite fold, presenting her with the Diamond 6 badge, a smartphone, and a black card. Sa-rang, equally pleased, extends an invitation for Hye-in to join him within their circle and, on the way home, subtly confesses his feelings for her.
Later, Do-eon pays a visit to Hae-in, learning of her discharge from the hospital. When he drops by her place, he's stunned to discover that she's battling amnesia. Despite this revelation, he vows to assist her in retrieving their shared memories and helping her reintegrate into school life.
The next day, Hae-in's return to school stirs a wave of astonishment. Yul-hee corners her in the restrooms, issuing an ultimatum: leave within a week or face consequences. Hae-in, clearly taken aback by the confrontation, insists she has no recollection of their past disputes. Yet, Yul-hee remains unyielding. In a separate encounter, she threatens Woo-jin with a breakup if he doesn't toe the line.
Meanwhile, Hye-in comfortably settles in, her transition smoothened by Je-na's benevolent assistance. The authorities also reach out to her, informing her with finality that Si-eun's case has been shuttered as a suicide. In the school hallway, her gaze falls upon Bo-seok, bullying another unsuspecting student, reducing him to humiliation. But, as if snapping out of a trance, she gathers herself and retreats, realizing that her newfound status in Diamond 6 grants her immunity from Bo-seok's antics.
As the day draws to a close, Do-eon escorts Hae-in safely home. Elsewhere, Je-na indulges Hye-in in a retail therapy session, opening her eyes to the vast disparity in lifestyles. Back at the school's corridors, Jin-wook initiates a conversation with Woo-jin and Sa-rang, probing into the recent 'suicides' haunting the institution. Woo-jin, defensive and triggered, retorts by flinging Jin-wook's illegitimate birth at him. Jin-wook, unperturbed, brushes it off with a casual demeanor, further inflaming Woo-jin's anger until Sa-rang steps in to mediate.
The subsequent day, Hye-in tails Hae-in to the swimming pool, where Hae-in, nonchalantly yet poignantly, reveals that she retains every memory, inquiring if Hye-in is diligently guarding the necklace.
