As Bo ventures out at night, she gains a stark realization of the sordid, insatiable nature of the paparazzi world she's a part of. The narrative then shifts to the Czech Republic, where Mazey Day, high on the euphoria of a recent blockbuster shoot, finds herself wandering in the dead of night. As the rain pours relentlessly and her radio blares, Mazey momentarily loses focus on the road, ultimately colliding with an unknown figure. The news is grim, and as Mazey disappears from her film set, weeks after the incident, leaving behind only whispers and rumors, the police chalk it up as a hit-and-run, while the search for the elusive actress intensifies.

Nick, the paparazzi ringleader, offers a hefty reward of 30,000 to anyone who can capture Mazey's image and uncover her whereabouts. The news spreads like wildfire in LA, luring Bo back into the game. Desperate for rent money and lured by the allure of a quick buck, Bo jumps at the opportunity. In the midst of her pursuit, Mazey returns home, unaware that Bo is hot on her trail. Spotting a black car leaving Mazey's residence, Bo quickly tails it. As they make their way to a remote diner in the middle of nowhere, a sinister figure in sunglasses slashes Bo's tires, stranding her. But, just when it seems all hope is lost, her fellow journalist Hector arrives on a motorcycle, and together, they embark on a quest to uncover the truth about Mazey Day.

At the end of their journey, they arrive at Cedarwood Retreat, a heavily guarded enclave. However, they are not the only ones there. Other journalists appear, having surreptitiously affixed a tracking device to Hector's bicycle. Hector is astounded by their tactics, yet the pair swiftly retort that their actions are not dissimilar to their own intrusive methods used on numerous celebrities.

The four of them scramble in the dirt, desperately clawing their way under the fence and into the retreat. They believe they have discovered Mazey, but as they capture her image with a chain wrapped around her neck, only Bo is moved to lend a helping hand. The others, heedless, continue to click photos relentlessly. A feeble Mazey begs them to flee, but they remain transfixed.

As the full moon rises, Mazey's true identity is revealed — she is a werewolf, explaining her erratic behavior. The journalists scramble to escape, grabbing their cameras and dashing out of Cedarwood Retreat, only to stumble upon the approach of a car. They flee on foot through the dense forest, making their way to a diner, but the werewolf tracks them down and slaughters everyone except Bo.

Bo hides beneath a table, eventually managing to shoot the wolf. Whether it was a silver bullet or not remains a mystery. Meanwhile, Hector, torn to pieces, passes the camera to Bo with his dying breath.

Mazey, reverting back to her human form, begs Bo to end her life. But Bo, in a show of mercy, places the gun in Mazey's hand and allows her to take her own life. Naturally, Bo, with her camera lens aimed, greedily captures the moment.
