In the seventh episode of "Can This Love Be Translated," the story unfolds with Ho-jin escorting his drunken brother home. Jin-sun copes with his anguish by sharing it on Instagram, while Ho-jin declares that he deals with his emotions in his own unique way. At Mu-hee's residence, Yong-gu informs her that Hiro's manager has been inquiring about her schedule. He questions if something happened between Hiro and her during the flight, and Mu-hee replies that she simply fell asleep after having a glass of wine. Mu-hee is taken aback when she realizes that Yong-gu is moving in with Ho-jin until he finds another place to stay. On a nearby table, Do Ra-mi appears to be trapped within a snow globe.

Just before the concert, Jin-suk, who had summoned Ho-jin and Mr. Kim to the event, abruptly decides to leave. He's headed to Santiago, Spain, to reflect on his actions. A flashback reveals a conversation between Jin-suk and Ji-seon, where he states his desire to get the wedding over with. She questions why he wants to get married, and he responds that it's because she does.
In the present, the Italian ambassador greets Ho-jin and then informs him that their interpreter has bailed out. He asks Ho-jin to step in, and Ho-jin does so. After the introduction, Ho-jin doesn't return to his seat, which is next to Mu-hee's.
After the concert, Mu-hee gets the chance to speak with the ambassador and his wife. She expects to see Ho-jin there but is greeted by a different interpreter. Later, Mr. Kim recognizes her and speaks loudly to Ho-jin to catch her attention. She gets into the elevator with him, and Kim invites her over to Ho-jin's house for dinner despite Ho-jin's protests.
Mu-hee attempts to engage him in conversation, yet he treats her with cold indifference. Through food metaphors, she subtly hints at her desire to rekindle their relationship. After a brief discussion about Canada's majestic waterfalls, Mu-hee confides to Ho-jin that she longs for him to return to her life. Meanwhile, Hiro and Nanami stroll through Seoul's bustling streets. Hiro harbors the expectation that Mu-hee will reach out to him, yet he stubbornly refuses to be the first to call her.
Elsewhere, Yong-gu ventures into the editing room to meet the TV crew and overhears that Jin-suk is currently in Spain. As he departs, he notices Ji-seon arriving in a taxi, evidently fresh from a nightclub. Her ankle is injured, and Yong-gu assists her by taping it up. They discuss how Yong-gu's uncle is the agency's CEO. He then brings up the affair that Ji-seon mentioned and professes his concern. She teases him, asserting that she knows he's attracted to her. She kisses him, and as she turns to leave, he pulls her back for another kiss. Meanwhile, Hiro grows increasingly frustrated as Mu-hee has yet to contact him.
Back at Ho-jin's residence, Mr. Kim informs Mu-hee that Ho-jin authored a book during his college years. He also reveals that Ho-jin is secretly following Mu-hee on Instagram. When Mr. Kim secures a moment alone with Ho-jin, he enquires about his cold behavior towards Mu-hee.
Ho-jin doesn't comprehend the language she speaks. He assumed she rejected him, yet her recent actions suggest something different. Mr. Kim encourages him to learn her language, just like any other. As Ho-jin says his goodbyes to Kim, Mu-hee discovers the Cory Lane record in the house and realizes that Ho-jin has been listening to it. She decides to take her leave as well and Ho-jin realizes that she is trying to "steal" the Cory Lane record. He allows her to keep it since it was always meant to be a gift for her. They plan to meet again, perhaps at Yong-gu's housewarming party, and Ho-jin seems elated that there will indeed be a next time.
He steps into the house, only to realize that Mu-hee had taken the sleeve but forgotten the actual record. Ho-jin calls her and informs her that he's bringing the record to her place. Mu-hee is thrilled and waits outside her apartment for him. However, she receives a rude shock when a car pulls up with her uncle and aunt inside. She is forced to get in and speak to them, while Ho-jin waits for her at the door, unable to reach her.
In the morning, Ho-jin calls Yong-u and learns that Mu-hee is fine and at her shoot. But Yong-u says she hasn't been picking up calls due to an article that came out. Apparently, some journalists went to her uncle's house and discovered that Mu-hee's father was the chairman of a private school foundation. The articles are saying she was born with a silver spoon. Yong-u tells Mu-hee that Ho-jin had called. She confesses that she stood him up and won't be seeing him now.
A flashback shows a young version of Mu-hee, who seems injured. Her uncle and aunt ask her if she really doesn't remember what happened to her parents, and the little girl nods. At present, during a shoot, Mu-hee starts getting flashes of memory back.
We see Mu-hee's father greet her on her birthday and then suddenly collapse. Do Ra-mi appears then and tells Mu-hee that her worst fear, that she can't be loved, is true. Mu-hee closes her eyes in fear and when she opens them, at the shoot, she is no longer Mu-hee. She is Do Ra-mi.
Meanwhile, Hiro finally agrees to reach out to Mu-hee. A flashback shows that Do Ra-mi woke up on the flight and pulled Hiro in for a kiss. At present, Ji-seon is watching The Quiet Woman to add clips of it to the show.
Her colleague points out that Do Ra-mi actually only kills one person herself in the whole movie - her lover. Elsewhere, Ho-jin comes home to find Mu-hee waiting for him inside. She introduces herself as Do Ra-mi.
(Note: The story is now more vivid and expressive, with a clearer progression of events and characters' emotions.)
