Episode 3 of Cash Queens unfolds with the women orchestrating another daring bank robbery. As Rosa gets inadvertently hit in the face, blood gushes out of her nose, mingling with the bank floor. Sofia, in a desperate attempt to confuse the trail, smacks the gun against another man's face, intermingling Rosa's blood sample with his. As they make their getaway with the stolen loot, an anti-theft device obliterates the money.
Later in the day, Laurent and Malik arrive at the bank to investigate the second robbery. They notice the blood and set their sights on finding someone with a broken nose.
Meanwhile, Alex implores Rosa to remain hidden until Leo is released from police custody. Sofia believes that the cops will have a tough time analyzing Rosa's blood, but Chloé counters that DNA analysis can lead to the thief's identity. Kim suggests that Rosa leave the country with her children and offers to help with the paperwork. Rosa, however, refuses to go, but Kim reveals that her gambling addiction has put her in a debt of 30,000 euros that Ezéchiel is demanding repayment for.
Mr. Marionnaud enlists Laurent's help in introducing him to Ezéchiel. The mayor calls Ezéchiel to catch the wrong guy and embarrass him in front of the press and media. Mr. Marionnaud threatens to ruin Ezéchiel's business and demands that he find the thieves if he wishes to continue his illegal operations uninterrupted.
The next day, Rosa goes to the police station to pick up Leo, wearing a mask to cover her 'cold'. Kim brings her cousin, Bonnaventure, to Rosa's house and asks him to forge passports for Rosa, Leo, Tina, and herself. Rosa pays Bonnaventure 6,000 euros for four passports.
The cops are analyzing the video of the thieves posted online and notice the green bong that Kim had picked up from the storage unit. Meanwhile, Sofia takes Tina to a local festival where Tina asks her mother to come watch her perform, which touches Rosa deeply.
Mr. Marionnaud witnesses children dressed as thieves and is deeply disturbed. Ezéchiel appears, threatening Kim to pay off her debt. Malik meets Chloé at the festival, and they engage in a lively conversation. Sofia overhears Ezéchiel discussing the man with the broken nose with his men and panics when Rosa, wearing a mask, arrives at the festival. However, Rosa refuses to leave until she sees Tina's play.
Ezéchiel confronts Rosa about her mask, and Sofia decides to stage a fight with Rosa, breaking her nose to prevent Ezéchiel from doubting her. The festival is disrupted as Ezéchiel's men attack the police. Rosa is rushed to the hospital for nose surgery. Kim reveals that with Bonnaventure's arrest, they are unlikely to receive the fake passports anytime soon.
Before her surgery, Rosa meets Mr. Victor Castel, the owner of a private bank. They discuss the recent robbery at the bank where Rosa works, and Victor attempts to flirt with her before she is taken for surgery. Later that night, Rosa talks to Kim, Sofia, Chloé, and Alex about another bank robbery and suggests robbing Castel Bank as a way to secure their future. Kim and Rosa follow Victor at a restaurant, and Rosa exchanges phone numbers with him.
At college, Alex's classmate, Louise, invites her over for dinner and asks to study together. They hang out in Louise's room, where she finds Alex's sketchbook in her bag. Alex tries to retrieve it, and the two end up kissing.
Rosa texts Victor and tries to flirt with him to lure him into a trap. She uses Alex's help to converse with the businessman as the five women wait for his response. Victor invites Rosa to a golf game. That night, Mr. Marionnaud speaks to Chloé about his plans to improve the financially struggling neighborhood but becomes upset when he realizes that Chloé is not paying attention to him. Chloé is busy texting Malik.
The next day, Victor and Rosa are on a golf date where Rosa asks the man to hire Alex as an intern at his bank. Laurent and Malik speak to a local resident who claims that the thieves' car is a BMW M3. The police start investigating residents who own the same car.
Alex then encounters Victor at his bank, where she gains an insight into the inner workings of the institution. Chloé and Malik find themselves in a hotel room, where Malik tells Chloé that she is strikingly beautiful, a stark contrast to the way her husband treats her.
That night, Rosa and Victor embark on a romantic date. She lies to him and reveals that her husband is no longer alive. Victor, in turn, reveals that he was adopted by the Castels and claims that his adoptive father has been unkind to him. The two end up passionately kissing and chatting about their plans for the rest of the week. Victor tells Rosa that the treasure chest at his bank is being emptied on Sunday as the episode concludes.
