Episode 4 of Dabba Cartel kicks off with Chacko dialing Moushumi's number, voicing his concerns about the dwindling sales of their MBMA. Moushumi dismisses the notion of a competitor in the market and vows to rejuvenate the sales figures within the coming months. Elsewhere, Varuna finds herself entangled in a heated dispute with Shankar. He repeatedly undermines her, withholding crucial company updates from her. Though Varuna is acutely aware of his stress stemming from the Modella case, Shankar sharply rebukes her when she attempts to inquire about it. Consequently, Varuna resolves to lend a helping hand to Sheila. The next morning, she clears Sheila's debts and urges the suppliers to continue delivering merchandise to her.
Meanwhile, Moushumi dials Sheila's number, informing her of Chacko's suspicions. Moushumi has laid down a condition: if Chacko discovers anything, she will cease her assistance to Sheila. Sheila strives to persuade Moushumi, but her efforts are thwarted as Moushumi abruptly terminates the call. Chavan becomes increasingly frustrated as Sheila falls behind on delivering the month's sales figures. Sheila, her patience worn thin, snaps back at him, reminding him that she has generated more profit for him in a short span than he deserves. She asserts that Chavan should manage his boss and request a little more patience.
Shankar updates his boss on the progress of the Modella investigation. He reveals that the investigators have agreed to wrap up the case for a fee. Shailaja instructs Shankar to personally oversee the destruction of any remaining evidence tying the company to the manufacturing of Modella. Shankar then asks Hari to accompany him on a business trip.
Meanwhile, Pathak's investigation draws him to the bustling streets of New Delhi. After engaging in conversations with a few vendors, he uncovers a clue pointing towards the mysterious Xipro laboratories. A cursory Google search leads him straight back to Shankar, who also happens to be the CEO of Xipro labs. Meanwhile, Preeti is hot on the trail too. She had surreptitiously affixed a tracker onto Shankar's car, unbeknownst to him.
As Shankar and Hari arrive at the Xipro Laboratory, Pathak dials Preeti to share the breakthrough in their case. Preeti's astute mind swiftly deduces that Shankar's presence at Xipro Labs signifies his intent to obliterate every shred of evidence. She persuades Pathak to detour to Pune first, before reporting to their superiors, despite his stern admonition against taking unnecessary risks. Undeterred by Pathak's warning, Preeti races towards Xipro Labs.
Upon parking his car, Hari discovers the tracking device hidden beneath Shankar's vehicle. Inside the labs, Shankar meticulously scrutinizes documents, ensuring that not a whisper of Modella remains. Aditya, a news reporter, is scheduled to visit the factory for an inspection the very next day. The employees inform Shankar that a batch of Modella still lingers in storage, revealing that Vinay, Shankar's assistant, had instructed them to retain the drugs.
Shankar realizes with a jolt that Vinay harbors ambitions to usurp his position as CEO. Even if it means scapegoating Shankar, VivaLife will survive the scandal unscathed. Vinay is fully aware of this and is cunningly exploiting the situation to seize Shankar's throne. In a bid to cover his tracks, Shankar instructs Hari to transport all the drugs to the factory's waste treatment plant for incineration. Little does he know, Preeti has arrived outside Xipro Labs, poised for action.
Elsewhere, Chavan wields Raji as a lever to coerce Sheila into submission. Sheila, desperate to extricate herself from the morass, dispatches Shahida to reclaim all the money from Varuna. However, Varuna has already utilized it to settle vendors' debts. With no other option, Shahida is compelled to disclose their illicit drug trafficking business to Varuna. Sheila turns to Moushumi for assistance, who lends her the necessary funds. Desiring to sever ties with Chavan, Sheila attempts to halt her operations for him, but he refuses to let go of his cash cow. Ultimately, Chavan orders Ganya to escort Sheila and Raji back home, their fates hanging in the balance.
In a desperate bid to thwart Hari's plan to depart Pune with the illicit drugs, Preeti hastily initiates an unauthorized surveillance on the truck. However, Hari appears to have a sudden change of heart regarding the destruction of the drugs and decides to transport them back to VivaLife Society. The unauthorized surveillance comes to the attention of both Preeti's superiors and those of the Food and Drug Standards Control Organization (FDSCO). Pathak's superior instructs him to rectify the misunderstanding and clear the air. Unfortunately, Preeti's actions ultimately undermine any possibility of Pathak pursuing a case against VivaLife Pharma. At the conclusion of the episode, Preeti seeks solace in Shahida's embrace, while Raji weeps in Hari's comforting arms.
