He's remorseful for his past actions and believes that Kingpin is in the wrong. As part of the detail at Red Hook, Alan longs to help take down the ruthless Kingpin. He willingly hands over a key-card that will grant them access to the docks at night, realizing it could be a powerful weapon in their battle against the enemy.

Meanwhile, Heather continues to struggle with hallucinations and toy with the idea of donning the Muse mask. She doesn't act on it now, but she's also facing Kirsten's wrath the following day. Kirsten brings up how the trial has been pulled up by two weeks and demands a psych evaluation. She tries to reason with Heather that Kingpin is a dangerous man.

Down on the docks, Kirsten gains an audience with Duquesne. He explains that his current predicament is purely logistical. Kingpin wanted him to invest in his port empire, but he refused. As a result, he's now going to be made an example of. The case is somewhat of a sham, given that Kirsten has seen the discovery and knows that Kingpin has no definitive proof about Duquesne's real identity. But then again, they may not need it if Kingpin can convince the mob that he's dangerous.

Meanwhile, Karen sends over what they've learned to the Governor about the port. She, in turn, confronts Kingpin about what he's doing. The only person who can revoke Red Hook is the Governor herself. After the capsized ship and the current rumblings about his operation, she's seriously considering pulling the plug.

As a result, Kingpin marshals his troops, including Daniel, to try and uncover any dirt on her. On the surface, she appears impeccable, but everyone has secrets. Perhaps a little good old-fashioned intimidation will keep her in check. For now, however, Daniel is tasked with finding the Mr. Robot copycat.

The court case for Duquesne takes place and it's streamed online for all across New York to see. Naturally, Hochberg makes a big spectacle, while Chief Justice Waters has her hands tied and can't postpone the trial despite Kirsten's pleas. Unsurprisingly, Duquesne is found guilty.

Off the back of this, Daredevil shows up at Kirsten's office. She recounts her story about what she remembers at the dock, giving Matt a lay of the land through the sounds in the area. With the Keycard in his possession, Matt manages to make it into the warehouse down at the docks with very little resistance and eventually finds all the prisoners in cages. He opens them all up, encouraging the guys to run.

When the rest of the Task Force arrive all guns blazing, Matt fights them off and scrambles to get them out. Karen holds them off with BB while Matt loads up all the prisoners in the back of the truck. BB manages to rush over and slash the tires for the Task Force trucks and make it back without being shot. Eventually, everyone leaves together. However, there's a problem.

Realizing that the evidence could incriminate him, Kingpin decides to blow up the ship and the dock, killing everybody onboard and in the surrounding area.
