Episode 4 of Daredevil: Born Again season 2 begins with a glimpse into Bullseye's morning routine. He wakes up, cooks eggs for the neighbor's dog, and has breakfast at the local diner. While there, Bullseye calls in a tip to the Task Force about the Punisher. After lazily finishing his banana milkshake, Bullseye donns a toothpick and a straw, effortlessly taking out all the Task Force guys while barely breaking a sweat. He proclaims himself as one of the good guys, slaughtering the men before marking the door with a Bullseye sigil in blood.

Elsewhere, a group of fighters gather in an abandoned apartment, where Soledad conducts an interview for Karen Page, who's fresh off beating up Task Force goons, of course. Soledad gives an impassioned speech about fighting back, but she's not the only one who wants to hit back. Jack Duquesne is also present and offers Matt whatever he needs for this fight. Angela speaks to Karen and offers to take Karen's SD card to her contact, BB.
On her way over, Matt realizes she holds the White Tiger pendant and brings up the responsibility she has. Either way, Angela's big mission involves bringing this to Javi at a food truck, along with a wad of cash. Javi, in turn, slips this to BB later that night while she's waiting with Daniel for the boxing match outside Fogwell's.
The group, hiding out in a makeshift apartment away from the prying eyes of Fisk and the others, receive a surprise guest. It's Christofi Savva, the First Mate from the Northern Star. He simply rocks up at their door and says he's here to help.
Christofi brings up the paperwork and how it was signed off by the Kingpin. They need an attorney to take his statement though, and that means bringing Kirsten onboard with them. With Fisk's big benefit boxing scrap that night, all the Task Force will be there, making it the perfect time to move Christofi somewhere safe after getting his statement down.
When Fisk finds out about the escaped prisoners, he's not happy. He knows he has leaks inside his organization and needs to get to the bottom of everything, eventually tasking Buck with taking care of this.
Charles interrupts Fisk in the midst of his tirade, clearly displeased about the illegal weapons being stuck in this warehouse, noting they were supposed to be en route to Guinea-Bissau. Charles's own goons try to overpower the Mayor, but Fisk easily puts them in their place, promising to honor their business deal in his own way.
Meanwhile, Matt arrives at the diner, dressed in a Task Force uniform and commands the room, clearing it out so he can take a look around in peace. He soon realizes that this is Bullseye's doing and eventually shows up at his apartment, where the two engage in a fierce battle.
Bullseye explains that he's one of the good guys and has been trying to make amends for killing Foggy all this time. He's trying to "level the playing field" and kill Fisk. Matt fears that in doing so, it would turn Fisk's death into a martyr's death. When the two can't see eye to eye, Bullseye eventually leaves.
That night, the big boxing match goes ahead, and everyone is in attendance. With the Task Force distracted, the good guys move Christofi to a safe place after he gives his interview... or so they think. Unfortunately, Buck is waiting and he kills the First Mate in cold blood.
When Fisk hears about this, he makes short work of his opponent in the ring. Vanessa shows up and watches as her husband delivers the stinging blow that defeats his opponent. Vanessa enters the ring afterwards... but there's a problem. Bullseye arrives and starts killing the Task Force goons. Vanessa shoots Bullseye, just as he throws a glass statue of the city at Fisk. Fisk swats it off with his belt... which in turn shatters and causes a fragment to hit Vanessa in the head.
Daredevil arrives and saves Bullseye from being killed, and as they flee, everything hangs in the balance.
