The cache of evidence, long confined to storage, is finally laid bare, unraveling the mystery. The numbers, it transpires, are coordinates. Jack, it seems, crafted these codes, hiding his ill-gotten gains at these specified locations. According to Ray's hypothesis, Jack was the rogue agent, and Rick, acting on behalf of the Alliance, arrived to silence him. Mina and Ray, caught in the crossfire, witness Jack dipping into his stash, a particularly potent batch of methamphetamine.
But what lies at these coordinates? The Voice directs Ray to a rendezvous point, yet there's a catch. He insists Ray doesn't venture alone; Son must accompany him, given his extensive knowledge. This makes strategic sense, considering Son's recent prison attack, yet he too is under scrutiny.

Beneath its surface, they unearth a treasure trove of documents, confirming the Alliance's true colors—an extension of the DEA's corrupt ranks. It seems corrupt officers have been orchestrating this mess all along.
Who is "The Voice," you may ask? This moniker signifies that the entire drama involving Son was but a grandiose charade. Compelled to disrobe and venture out to confront this enigmatic Voice on a bridge, Son finds himself in a precarious position. As Ray and the others come to grasp the gravity of the situation, scrambling back to locate Son, McKinty seizes his moment, revealing himself as the puppeteer behind the curtain.
McKinty has ingeniously converted houses into safe havens for illicit activities, ensuring that no one else can raid them and thus deflecting suspicion from himself while he orchestrates his nefarious schemes. These houses serve as a seamless conduit for bribes and payouts. The landlord pockets a share of every transaction that passes through these premises, making McKinty, in Ray's own words, the "patron saint of drug dealers."
Furthermore, it transpires that Son has been an integral part of this intricate web all along, with his landlord and house forming crucial components of McKinty's grand design. McKinty and his biker gang rescue Son by eliminating nearby DEA agents and facilitating his mother's arrival to pick him up. They inform McKinty that they have "much housecleaning to attend to."
Son, who once commanded a vast territory, later reveals through a voicemail that Jack Cross posed a threat. He dispatched Rick to Manny with the intention of intimidating Jack, but things swiftly spiraled out of control. Son had hoped the DEA would hush it up, but they did not. Additionally, Son has repeatedly tried to subtly urge Ray to flee, constantly advising him to run, advice that Ray, unfortunately, overlooked in his relentless pursuit of the truth. Now, it is Son who is on the lam, and this marks our final glimpse of him in this season.
How does "Dope Thief" ultimately conclude? Amidst the chaos, a gang of bikers bursts onto the scene, unleashing a hail of bullets upon Mina and Ray. Trapped within the confines of the camper, they find themselves cornered as the bikers ignite the vehicle, turning it into an inferno and compelling them to defend themselves fiercely. The stakes are raised; all the incriminating evidence they possess is perilously close to being reduced to ashes within the blazing camper, necessitating their swift evacuation.
Ray devises a plan to provoke McKinty, who promptly recounts Ray's myriad misdeeds. However, this confrontation is merely a ruse to buy time; amidst sporadic returns of fire, they manage to propel the camper forward, hurling it into McKinty with devastating force. He is crushed beneath its weight, his life slowly ebbing away. Tragically, the camper, now a ticking time bomb, erupts in flames and explodes. Using a pole to keep the accelerator depressed, it becomes evident that Ray and Mina had already leapt to safety moments before the vehicle was completely consumed by the blast.
Miraculously, both Mina and Ray emerge unscathed from their harrowing ordeal. The subsequent scene finds them setting out on a new dawn, indulging in a much-needed breakfast. Although they have vanquished McKinty and secured another day to fight, one cannot help but wonder if this saga has truly reached its conclusion.
