In Vault 33, Norm's suspicions were ignited after a captured raider from a recent attack revealed startling secrets while incarcerated in a cell. Determined to unearth the truth, Norm resolved to embark on an expedition to the neighboring Vault 32, accompanied by Chet. What they uncovered was nothing short of shocking: the residents of Vault 32 had not perished in the hands of the raiders, but rather two years prior due to internal strife and complications that had led to bitter infighting.
Meanwhile, Howard's desperation led him to a dilapidated Super-Duper Mart, where he made a fateful decision. In a desperate attempt to recoup the chems (drugs) they had lost in their encounter with the gulper, Howard traded Lucy to a group of organ harvesters. However, the withdrawal symptoms soon overwhelmed him, and he collapsed, leaving Lucy's fate hanging in the balance.
Fortunately, a Mr. Handy Robot named "Snip Snip" intervened, intending to rescue Lucy. But Lucy, a force to be reckoned with, quickly overpowered the robot and dispatched the organ harvesters within. With swift and decisive action, she escaped the clutches of danger and returned to an unconscious Howard. Without hesitation, she administered the chems to him, saving him from the brink of collapse, before resuming her perilous journey.
