Episode 4 of "Found" kicks off with a haunting flashback, revealing Gabi's plight as she's held captive by Sir. Furious over Gabi's failure to complete her homework, Sir retaliates by denying her dinner. Amidst her despair, Gabi stumbles upon a note from Annie, a girl who reveals she's not the only one trapped in this nightmare.

Later, Gabi and her team gather for a karaoke night at Mark's abode. The evening serves as a rare respite from their usual grind, and Gabi exclaims that it's the perfect time to unwind. However, the fun is cut short when Dhan urgently calls Gabi back to Moseley headquarters, informing her of a missing son case involving a divorcing couple.

The warring parents' chaotic state makes it difficult for Gabi to get a straight answer out of them. She demands they speak only when prompted, as she learns that the father had dropped their son, Matthew, off at a church for Bible study and he hasn't been seen since. Despite their distress, Gabi assures them she'll bring Matthew back safe and sound.

At the church, Gabi questions the security guard while painting Matthew as a model child. They swiftly spot a suspicious hole in the compound, providing a potential clue. Back home, Gabi implores Sir to assist in the case, hoping to find a way out of this mess.

A video game console is uncovered in Matthew's belongings, revealing he'd been playing with gamers worldwide. Gabi dives deeper into the digital world, eventually coming across Xavier, a fellow gamer. Interrogation reveals that Matthew disappeared on the day of Xavier's live-streaming event, leading the team to suspect Matthew attended the party and was abducted thereafter.

Although Xavier emerges as the prime suspect, he insists he's never met Matthew in person. However, he offers to aid the team by sharing videos from their events, potentially providing crucial leads.

As the search intensifies, the agitated parents' argument reaches a fever pitch, causing the wife to suffer a mild health scare and be rushed to the hospital. The husband appears genuinely concerned, praying fervently for their son's safety.

Meanwhile, Dhan uncovers a human trafficking ring that could be behind Matthew's disappearance. Gabriella realizes she must act swiftly to save Matthew before it's too late.

Amidst the chaos, Margaret speaks to the father, empathizing with his plight as she's been searching for her own missing son for 13 years. She questions him about a therapy club frequented by divorced fathers and requests to speak with the other parents involved. Among them is Tony, a friend who reveals that Matthew despised churchgoers, often referring to them as fakes.

Amidst the chaotic backdrop, Gabi rushes back to Sir seeking guidance. With a grave revelation, Sir informs her that the abductor was a child from a divorced home, potentially linked to a human trafficking ring. However, Sir observes a concerning fondness in Matthew for the term "phonies," a word often used by Tony. As a child, Matthew should not harbor such resentment towards authorities or church figures, leading Sir to cast suspicion on Tony.

Prompted by Sir's insights, Gabi speeds to Tony's abode and encounters his father. The father confesses his suspicion regarding Tony's recent erratic behavior. Together with Margaret, Gabi rummages through Tony's possessions and discovers incriminating cards belonging to the trafficking gang. The cards lead them to a motel, where Matthew is held captive.

Tony confesses that the gang coerced him into kidnapping Matthew, against his will. As they flee the motel, gunshots ring out, injuring Tony. He is swiftly rushed to the hospital.

The parents rejoice in the safe return of their son, but Tony's father lashes out at Gabi, accusing her of being no different from the evil that harmed his son. His harsh words tear into Gabi's heart, and upon returning home, she breaks down in tears.

As the episode draws to a close, Gabi remains devastated, worried about Annie's fate, unaware of what might have become of her friend.
