In the sixth episode of "Girl Taken," the story begins with a flashback to the traumatic day Lily gave birth. Rick, with a cruel twist of fate, snatched the baby away and falsely accused her of murdering their son. As Lily scans Zoe's social media, she's struck by the uncanny resemblance between Alice's photo and her own. Just then, Tommy's arrival brings news of Rick's escape, and they're urged to evacuate to a secure location. However, Rick's pursuit is closer than they could have imagined.

On their way to the safe house, Lily confides in Abby, asking her to inform Wes about the pregnancy. Lily also blames herself for sparking Rick's wrath once again. Abby, understanding and compassionate, reassures her that it's not her fault.
Following Lily's suggestion, Abby shares the news with Wes. Initially shocked, he's also filled with joy. He professes his love for her and tries to reassure her that they'll make it through this. Though Abby is conflicted by the turmoil surrounding them, she promises to discuss everything once things settle down.
Do they reach the safe house? Unfortunately, Wes can't join them there. Before they leave, Rick kills a man, steals his car, and uses his phone to call Eve. Lily immediately recognizes Rick's breath on the line and grabs it. She locks herself in a room and engages in a conversation with Rick. As always, he places the blame on Lily, claiming it was her fault that he took their child away. He adds that she would have harmed the child and tops it off by forgiving her. He asks Lily if she misses their past together and hints at returning to the cottage, which he refers to as their special place. He ends the call by saying he will see her soon, as per his usual endearing nickname for her—babydoll. The call prompts Lily to question her maternal instincts, which frustrates Abby. They manage to reach the safe house just as Rick makes his way to the cottage.
Upon reaching the safehouse, Tommy ensures they have adequate security measures. Eve requests his presence, and he agrees to stay by their side. Meanwhile, Rachel eventually locates Zoe and Alice. She prevents Zoe from jumping off a bridge, causing her to breakdown in tears as she explains how Rick had manipulated her. With Alice now safe, they decide it would be best to place her in foster care as both Lily and the child come to terms with the situation.
Zoe experiences a panic attack when she hears about Lily, but thankfully, Abby and Eve help her calm down. In the evening, Abby speaks with Wes on the phone, promising to talk. Eve shares her concerns for Lily and Alice with Tommy. Before they fall asleep, Lily opens up about her suicide attempt on the day she thought the baby had died. As always, Abby reassures her that the blame lies solely with Rick. As the night deepens, Lily has a nightmare about Rick arriving at the safehouse to take her. She wakes up screaming, causing everyone to get up. After Lily calms down, everyone returns to sleep. Lily shares more about her time with Rick with Abby.
The following morning, one of the girls sneaks out of the safehouse and runs into the forest. It turns out that Abby had dressed up as Lily and sneaked out to meet Rick at the cabin. Earlier, Lily had mentioned that Rick had hinted at being there, waiting for her. Abby makes it to the cabin before anyone realizes she's missing. After waking up, Lily notices that Abby is missing and sounds the alarm. She clarifies that Abby might have gone to the cabin, and they get in their cars, driving there.
She finds Rick waiting and threatens to stab him with a knife. Rick intentionally leads her to the basement and trips her down the stairs. A fight ensues, and Rick overpowers Abby. He gets on top of her as he threatens to subdue her like the rest. As he moves to further subdue her, Abby reaches for the knife and stabs him in the throat. Rick falls beside her and bleeds out. By the time Tommy, Lily, Eve, and the police arrive, Rick is already dead. Lily rushes in first and finds Abby standing over his body. Tommy follows shortly after and instinctively realizes what Abby has done.
The series ends with an investigation into what happened at the cabin starting immediately. Tommy covers for Abby and insists that she acted in self-defense. Later, the police find Isobelle's remains near the cabin. The scene cuts to a few months later with Abby and Wes at the clinic, where they are having twins, and everyone is excited for them. The series ends with Lily visiting Alice in foster care and playing dollhouse. They agree to take it slow, with Lily visiting her occasionally. Alice also says she wouldn't mind if Lily became her new mom.
