Episode 1 of "Glory" commences in Shaktigarh, a quaint town nestled in the state of Haryana, India. A gripping boxing match unfolds between Indian boxer Nihal Singh, under the tutelage of legendary trainer Raghubir Singh, and Russian contender Alexei Rustinov. Nihal triumphs, capturing the hearts of influential businessmen and politicians in attendance.
Post-match, Nihal reunites with his girlfriend, Gudiya—Raghubir's daughter—who is secretly pregnant with his child. Their plans to elope are abruptly disrupted by a violent attack from masked assailants, who attempt to kidnap Nihal. One of the attackers strikes Gudiya in the belly, causing her excruciating pain. In retaliation, she jabs him in the eye with a pointed object, leaving him blinded and writhing in agony. Nihal engages the assailants in a fierce battle to save Gudiya, but his efforts are met with tragedy; he is fatally wounded, while Gudiya is brutally beaten before the assailants flee.
Meanwhile, Devendar (Dev), Raghubir's older son and a former boxer, now works as a bouncer at a nightclub in Gurgaon. Resolving a heated argument between patrons, he sustains a gunshot wound to his foot. However, Dev's disability proves to be a blessing in disguise as he remains unharmed. That evening, Dev receives a call from his younger brother, Ravinder (Ravi), who works at a factory after quitting boxing. Ravi informs Dev that Gudiya has been attacked, and the brothers hastily rush to her side.
At the hospital, they are devastated to find Gudiya in the ICU. Raghubir's grief over Nihal's death is palpable, overshadowing his concern for his daughter's condition. Detectives Arvind Shekhawat and Barsola arrive to investigate, questioning Raghubir about potential suspects. He points the finger at his rival, Viju Sangwan, who operates the Shakti Boxing Academy.
Elsewhere, reporter Joyna Hazarika interviews Viju about his aspirations as a trainer—to see one of his boxers bring India its first Olympic gold in boxing. She brings up his rivalry with Raghubir and Nihal's death but is ignored when Dev and Ravi arrive.
Back at the hospital, the brothers learn about Gudiya's pregnancy and her relationship with Nihal from Raghubir. Ravi empathizes with their father, who blames himself for not sending a boxer to the Olympics. Nihal's parents arrive and confront Raghubir, with Nihal's brother accusing Gudiya of distracting him from his goal and hurling insults at her. Dev tries to defend her but is restrained by Ravi. A doctor informs them that Gudiya's condition is critical and requires time to recover.
Meanwhile, the police visit the National Sports Institute to gather more information about Nihal. They speak with his roommate Aadiraj Poonia, who mentions VIP guests at the match, including Viju Sangwan, Sarpanch Dhanda, gangster Kookie Yadav, and DSP Phogat. Arvind requests Aadiraj to show them Nihal's room.
Dev and Ravi return home to visit the Haryana Boxing Club. Dev shares that Gudiya had mentioned her boyfriend without revealing his identity. Ravi recalls how much she missed him after he left. Inside, they find Raghubir training a boxer. Dev berates him for leaving Gudiya alone at the hospital. They dismiss the boxers and engage in an argument before Dev leaves for the hospital. Raghubir warns Ravi to be cautious now that their presence is known.
At the hospital, Gudiya awakens to see her brothers and describes the attack, revealing that the assailants wore masks. Dev instructs the staff to keep the news of Nihal's death from her, fearing further trauma. They vow to bring the perpetrators to justice.
Outside, Joyna approaches Dev and Ravi about involving the media. Dev declines but gives her card to Ravi and asks him to contact her if they need help with publicity or information gathering. The brothers visit the NSI playground where the attack took place, determined to uncover the truth behind their sister's ordeal and their brother's untimely death.
Despite the obstacles, Dev braves the crime scene. Ravi follows his lead and spots two lads donning identical masks. They swipe a mask and flee. That very night, Viju's henchmen track them down to a gas station. Ravi hovers in the car, trying to compose himself, while Dev ventures inside to purchase Gudiya's cherished chocolate. The henchmen assault Dev, and he valiantly fights them off solo. Meanwhile, Ravi remains in the car, grappling with his emotions. The attackers smash the window and drag Ravi out while others continue to batter Dev. Dev urges Ravi to defend himself, reminding him of Gudiya's love. This prompts Ravi to confront his fears and join the fight. Together, they fend off the attackers. However, Arjun's brother threatens Ravi, but Raghubir arrives in the nick of time to intervene. Viju halts the battle and informs them that Gudiya has passed away. The trio rushes to the hospital, only to learn that Gudiya has been murdered as the episode tragically concludes.
