The fourth episode of Season 2 of "Graveyard" kicks off with a fiery television debate between Aycan and Mestan, the self-proclaimed healer who boasts loudly about his supposed ability to cure cancer. As the police piece together the puzzle, they realize that Aycan had been conducting her own investigation into Mestan. With a history of multiple aliases and numerous fraudulent schemes, Mestan emerges as a shadowy figure. Suspicions deepen when one of his so-called "cured" patients passes away from a heart attack shortly after the debate, and the family refuses to authorize an autopsy.

When confronted by the police, Mestan rambles on about positive energy, supplements, and lavender oil, exuding a nonchalant and arrogant demeanor that infuriates Serdar. Serdar also notes with concern that all of Mestan's assistants are young girls. The officers begin to suspect that Mestan is planting patients, possibly with the help of an oncologist who is forging test results to indicate the presence of cancer, which Mestan then claims to "cure."

After Serdar and Aycan depart, Mestan makes a mysterious phone call to someone in the oncology department. Hasan, eager to uncover the truth, rushes to investigate and learns that Nihal has just left the premises. Selin dives into her background and discovers a startling revelation: Nihal has stolen the identity of a real, practicing doctor based in the United States named Nihal Arabaci.

Onem confronts Mestan about the phone call, and he casually admits to having met and mentored Nihal when she was just 16 years old. However, despite these disturbing revelations, there is no concrete evidence of non-consensual behavior or forgery on Mestan's part. Defeated and frustrated, Onem is about to leave when she spots Gunes. Gunes passionately claims that Mestan is organizing a fundraiser for Ipek and insists that he is her only hope for survival.

Meanwhile, Serdar confronted Oktay, who remained in the dark about Nihal's true identity. Oktay's memory stirred as he recalled a visit from Nihal's father to the hospital, referring to her as Kezban. As Serdar departed, Oktay steadfastly maintained his innocence, yet Serdar's anger lingered, fueled by Oktay's betrayal of his sick wife.

Selin's relentless pursuit led her to an Instagram post, where a user named Nihal Arabaci had tagged Kezban Mayis. Onem's detective skills came into play, as he traced Rustem Mayis, Kezban's father and the owner of a nursery filled with poisonous plants—all securely locked away. A misplaced key had once caused a stir, but Kezban had found it during her visit four days prior.

Onem connected the dots, revealing Kezban's deceptive double life as Nihal Arabaci to Rustem. Devastated, Rustem shared that he had sold everything to fund Kezban's medical dreams. The name Arabaci rang a bell; he had once worked for Dr. Arabaci, whose daughter Nihal was Kezban's heartbroken friend. Nihal had pursued her medical career in the US, leaving Kezban behind.

Rustem had been distressed when Kezban fell prey to Mestan's deceit, but he believed she had severed ties with the healing world upon entering medical school. He provided her emergency contact, which Selin and Serdar quickly traced. Onem, on the other hand, called Kezban, breaking the news of her father's discovery of her lies. Despite this, Kezban vehemently denied any involvement in Aycan's murder.

Upon Selin and Serdar's arrival, they found Kezban unconscious, with a syringe nearby. They rushed her to the hospital, while Berk discovered belladonna amidst Rustem's plants. Returning home, Onem found Sude indulging in alcohol, and she confided in Onem about her failed romance with Can. Sude revealed that Can had once shown interest in her, leaving her confused and embarrassed when he abruptly ended their interactions and began dating someone else. Onem offered her comfort in this tumultuous time.

Elsewhere, Haluk pays a visit to Serdar, a pang of guilt lingering over his treatment of his mother, yet Serdar has already moved past it. Once Kezban is hospitalized, the authorities discover that she has been poisoned, mirroring Aycan's fate. They deduce that Aycan must have been injected by someone while Gunes was distracted with the fire extinguisher, fending off the Aydins' assault on the doctors. The perpetrator then attempted to eliminate Kezban, who posed as a loose end—she had fabricated the test results and supplied the killer with belladonna.

The syringe bears no fingerprints but traces of lavender are evident. The missing false test results are also found at Kezban's apartment, one of which belongs to Ipek. Onem is disturbed to learn that Mestan has deceived them about Ipek's recovery. Just then, Gunes arrives, distressed by her misplaced trust in Nihal and Mestan. Eager for more insights into the case, Onem regretsfully婉拒s her. As Gunes prepares to leave, Ipek once again signals for help, and Onem realizes it's genuine. She invents a pretext, claiming she needs Gunes's assistance in apprehending the killer. She informs Mestan of the same, orchestrating a fake session involving Sefa, Mr. Aydin, Oktay, Selcuk, and Gunes.

Onem subtly exposes Gunes's scheme of poisoning healthy individuals to deceive wealthy clients out of their money by suggesting costly treatments. Aycan, who stumbled upon this while investigating Mestan, paid the ultimate price for his discoveries. Furthermore, Kezban miraculously survives, becoming the sole witness to the killer's deceitful plots. Fearing exposure, Gunes attempts to inject Onem, providing enough evidence for her arrest. As Mestan congratulates the police, Serdar apprehends him too, revealing that they've also secretly obtained testimonies from his employees accusing him of fraud and child abuse.

A swift search confirms that Ipek never had cancer; instead, she had been poisoned by Gunes for years. Onem is haunted by guilt for ignoring Ipek's initial distress signal, finding comfort in Feriha's embrace. At the conclusion of Graveyard Season 2 Episode 4, Hasan locates Bulent, intending to shoot him. Serdar intervenes, and when Hasan refuses to heed his warnings, Serdar insists that it's better for Bulent's blood to be on his hands. Hasan relents, opting instead to arrest Bulent.
