Hotel Cocaine – Season 1 Episode 7 1

Valeria, with empathy in her heart, reaches out to Andrew to offer condolences, only to encounter his anger and suspicion that Nestor may be behind the congressman's demise. Valeria, however, presents a counterargument, arguing that her uncle abhors Fidel and would never align with him.

Nestor, unfazed by Landon's fate, remains unrepentant, drawing Roman's ire for deviating from the plan and jeopardizing their new deal. Roman fears Don Henao's wrath upon discovering the truth, but Nestor's patience with Roman has run thin, his vendetta against Fidel driving him to extremes. He dismisses Roman, demanding he leave if he fails to comprehend his resolve.

Elsewhere, aboard a boat, Henao, Yolanda, and Dorado convene in an unscheduled meeting, grappling with betrayal and Landon's mysterious demise. Dorado paints a picture of redemption, assuring Henao he can procure another corrupt politician to facilitate the Cuban cocaine shipment. Yolanda's ultimatum rings clear: failure to deliver within 24 hours spells doom for Dorado.

The police, meanwhile, embark on an investigation into Landon's murder, initially leaning toward political motives. Zulio, determined to uncover the truth, argues that Landon's involvement in the drug underworld and corruption were the real catalysts. Yet, Washington intervenes, sending Agent Peter and a new team to oversee the case, leaving Zulio frustrated and disempowered. He remains steadfast in his quest to bust the incoming cocaine shipment, leveraging Roman as his inside man despite Roman's reluctance to resume his role in the deal. Zulio lays down the law, threatening Nestor's arrest if Roman fails to reignite their partnership, vowing to handle the Colombian connections himself.

At Nestor's opulent mansion, Marisol bid a poignant farewell to Valeria, unwittingly divulging the shocking truth about Roman's collaboration with the DEA. Unfortunately, this secret exchange fell upon the ears of Alejandra, who overheard their hushed conversation.

Meanwhile, at the eerily silent Mutiny club, Burton paced anxiously as the premises remained shuttered due to a police investigation. Dorado, exuding a casual air, swaggered in and issued an ultimatum: repayment of the 2.7 million dollar loan he had extended to Burton, by day's end. Desperate, Burton turned to Roman and Janice for assistance. Roman seized this moment to disclose his bond with Nestor, proposing that they utilize one of Burton's father's remote properties as a landing site for the cocaine shipment. Janice voiced her misgivings, but Burton eagerly grasped at the opportunity to salvage Mutiny and secure the funds.

Later, within the confines of the club, Zulio confronted Dorado, his voice laced with menace, demanding progress on the deal. Dorado initially balked, but a swift and forceful reminder from Zulio's fists had him swiftly acquiescing. A deal was struck: Zulio would be introduced to Yolanda and Henao as the corrupt cop once allied with Landon. To earn their trust, Yolanda and Henao tasked Zulio with eliminating Dorado, a test of his loyalty.

With a heavy heart, but no other options, Zulio delivered a fatal bullet to Dorado's skull, solidifying his position with the Columbians. Yolanda, confident in her assessment of Roman's vulnerabilities, convinced Henao to play along, certain they could manipulate him.

Elsewhere, Roman artfully persuaded Nestor to uphold their agreement and betray the Columbians, framing it as a means to undermine Fidel. They ventured to Burton's family's sprawling sugarcane fields, selecting it as the ideal location to unload six tons of cocaine. With the terms agreed upon, Nestor and Roman returned home, only to find Alejandra in a state of distress, having learned of Roman's hidden alliance with the DEA.

The following morning, Roman awoke to the chilling sight of a gun pressed against his temple. Nestor demanded explanations, and Roman, with honesty etched on his face, laid bare his fears and motivations. He recounted Zulio's threats and his relentless efforts to safeguard Nestor, but Nestor's heart was heavy with betrayal. Roman, on the defensive, passionately spoke of the perils he had navigated to protect his brother.

Once the emotional storm had passed, Roman escorted Nestor to a fateful meeting with Zulio. The DEA agent was taken aback, but Roman and Nestor stood firm, refusing to cooperate until immunity was granted in writing. Zulio, sensing an opportunity, promised them immunity in exchange for their assistance in intercepting the incoming cocaine. As part of their conditions, Roman and Nestor insisted that Henao and Yolanda face justice on American soil.

Back at the mansion, Andrew's voice echoed through the phone lines, apologetic and earnest as he requested a meeting with Valeria. Initially hesitant, Valeria relented to his sorrowful pleas. Though trepidation lingered over dining at a restaurant with her guards in tow, Andrew assured her all would be well.

At the bustling club, Janice's voice carried a note of urgency as she cautioned Burtin about Roman, whose demeanor had taken a sinister turn in recent days. Later, in a moment of vulnerability, Roman unburdened himself to Janice, revealing that Marisol had abandoned him, leaving him to pine for the memory of his late wife, the only woman he had ever truly loved. He expressed gratitude to Janice for standing by his side amidst the turmoil.

As their conversation deepened, Yolanda entered the scene, her arrival punctuating the air with a sense of purpose as she headed for her appointment with Roman. He led her to his private sanctuary, where a glimpse of Valeria's photograph ignited Yolanda's curiosity. Roman, hesitating, shared snippets of Valeria's story before segueing into business matters. However, Yolanda's dissatisfaction was palpable; she yearned for more than just transactions. Roman, sensing her dissatisfaction, shifted tactics and their relationship deepened beneath the veil of his office desk, leaving Janice heartsick as she witnessed the intimate encounter.

Following their passionate interlude, Roman issued a command to Yolanda, tasking her with bringing Henao to the Mutiny that very night. Yolanda, her sails filled with pride, returned to her vessel, boasting of her conquest to her lover, Henao. He, though angered, understood the strategic maneuver, recognizing that Yolanda's sacrifice would pave the way for their products to grace the shores of Miami unscathed.

Meanwhile, Zulio's return to his supervisor was met with disillusionment. Peter, privy to Dorado's demise, deemed Zulio too entrenched in the case's web. Seeking fresh perspectives, he prepared two agents to interrogate Roman, disregarding Zulio's protests that he was the ideal man for the job.

Back at the Mutiny, the drug lords converged, hashing out the details of a new drop site amidst tense negotiations. Henao and Yolanda insisted on insurance measures to safeguard their operation, with Henao's suggestion of using Valeria as a guarantee eliciting a fierce internal battle in Roman's mind—a battle he barely restrained from unleashing physically.

Elsewhere, Valeria and Andrew's idyllic dinner was shattered by the sudden intrusion of gunfire. Police officers, their target Valeria, were gunned down in a brazen attack, their plan to use her as leverage against Roman foiled. The assailants, ruthless and unwavering, eliminated Valeria's protectors before brazenly storming the restaurant, bullets echoing through the air, turning a moment of joy into a nightmare.
