With a solemn ritual, she inserts a coin into her mouth, trudges towards an exposed grave, and pulls the trigger, ending her life in a poignant act of farewell.

Kaos – Season 1 Episode 7 1

Meanwhile, Olympus bustles with a family gathering cloaked in secrecy. Dionysus hatches a cunning plan, striking a bargain with Poseidon. He vows silence on the illicit affair in exchange for Poseidon's complicity in concealing a mortal's forbidden dance with the Underworld. Unbeknownst to Dionysus, Poseidon's love for the mortal runs deep, an eternal bond he's kept hidden. The god of wine promises to uphold their secret, unaware of the web of deceit weaving around him.

Amidst the festivities, Hera's nerves fray, her hopes pinned on Minos's ruthless hand to eliminate his own son.

Deep within the Underworld, in Medusa's domain, Orpheus stages a dramatic confrontation with Riddy. He grovels for forgiveness, acknowledging his folly in removing the fate-altering coin but justifying it as a desperate bid to reunite her with the living. Riddy, her annoyance palpable, reminds him of her new life—a life filled with purpose, a job, and cherished friendships, particularly with Caeneus, whose affections she's unwittingly captured. As the truth about Dionysus, the Fates, and Orpheus's desperate measures unfolds, Caeneus struggles to contain his own emotions.

Hades summons Orpheus for an audience, and as the musician is escorted away, Medusa's ulterior motive becomes clear: Riddy must return to Earth, a crucial step in their long-brewing rebellion against the gods. They view the deities with disdain, desiring nothing more than to bring their reign crashing down.

In Hades' chambers, the King of the Underworld commends Orpheus's progress but delivers a crushing blow—a return to Earth is no longer an option. Despite Orpheus's impassioned pleas, even offering his own life as a sacrifice, Hades remains unswayed.

Upon her return to their chambers, Persephone's fury boils over. She lambasts Hades, arguing that this could be the very message that sparks a rebellion against Zeus. Hades recognizes the gravity of the situation, branding it an act of war. Yet, he adheres to his principles, vowing to remain true to the Underworld's sanctity and explore avenues to rejuvenate souls. But as Hades retreats to rest, Persephone betrays him, secretly orchestrating Riddy and Orpheus's return to Earth, a bold move that threatens to unravel the delicate balance of power between the gods and the realm of the dead.

Amidst their absence, Caeneus's voice resonated with urgency, urging her to embark on a mission, to spread the truth about the deceitful fabrications of the gods. As their lips met in a tender farewell, the prophecy seemed to unwind, aligning precisely with their meticulous planning.

Meanwhile, Daedalus's revelation about Glaucus painted a grim picture. Condemned to darkness, devoid of human contact, Glaucus's sanity frayed, transforming him into a beastly creature. His rage unleashed, he lashed out at guards and ultimately claimed the life of one. Yet, Minos, intrigued rather than horrified, saw potential in this boy-turned-monster, envisioning him as a formidable weapon. With Daedalus's aid, a mask and arsenal were crafted, and Glaucus was unleashed within the labyrinth's labyrinthine depths.

Ari, having borne witness to this grim tale, felt compelled to confront the reality firsthand. But fate intervened as Minos, with a press of a button, sent the minotaur on a rampage once more. As Glaucus emerged, Ari's resolve hardened. She breached his defenses, peeled away the mask, and offered her brother solace amidst his torment.

Yet, Minos arrived, blade in hand, intent on fulfilling his divine mandate. Ari, unyielding, confronted him with the prophecy's twisted path and the atrocities he had inflicted upon his own son. Denouncing him as a monster, she dared the gods themselves, igniting a fierce battle. Glaucus, too, joined the fray, until the climax saw Minos, fulfilling his divine duty, strike down Glaucus.

But Ari, now awakened to her true purpose, seized the moment. Grabbing the knife, she turned the tables, ending Minos's reign. For it was she, not Glaucus, who had drawn her first breath as the eldest child, fulfilling the prophecy's twisted prophecy.

Caeneus's heart broke as he bid farewell to Riddy, who was escorted by Medusa to Persephone's realm. Together, they stood poised to return to Earth, but the question lingered: to what destiny awaited them there?
