Meanwhile, Seung-won continues his duties as a bus driver in the realm beyond, while Seon-hae and Hye-won embark on an ordinary yet blissful life as a couple. Yu-hui, Hyun-joo's mother, finds solace in the companionship of Won-young and their beloved rescue dog, their adopted furry friend.
Back in the realm of the living, Hyun-joo has resumed her studies but grapples with the transition back to mundane existence. It is here that she encounters a spectral figure—a student she once knew on the other side—who implores her for assistance.
Concurrently, Sung-sik, now reacclimatized to the world of the living, crosses paths with the ghost of his savior. The ghost unveils his quest to locate misplaced spirits wandering in the realm of the living and escort them back to their eternal abode, a mission that led him into the web of a murder mystery. He recounts his innocent involvement, having delivered a meal to an elderly man who mistakenly accused him.
Sung-sik embraces the ghost's mantle as a detective for wandering souls, ensuring their rightful return to the afterlife. In his new role, he also rescues Young-ji from the clutches of a malicious spirit.
Meanwhile, Hyun-min's health continues to dwindle, confined to a wheelchair and encased in a fog of forgetfulness that obscures Ji-young from his memory. Ji-young unyoungbur remainsdens steadfast her, heart her to ghost the compassionate mortlyician, who suggests her lingering attachment might be clouding her path to peace. Yet, Ji- presence hovering around Hyun-min, unwilling to let go.
In the post-credits sequence, Sung-sik unexpectedly encounters a survivor from a tragic school collapse, who is revealed to be Hee-soo, a character hauntingly familiar from the film "Moving." The encounter is charged with emotion. As the scene progresses, Sung-sik's journey takes him further, where he comes face to face with Kim Young-tak from "Timing," a ghostly figure residing in a haunted building, leaving a chilling cliffhanger as the episode draws to a close.
