Episode 7 of "Love You To Death" kicks off with Raul awakening to the sight of Edu gazing down at him with concern. Meanwhile, Georgina finds herself in the hospital, and after a definitive break-up, the door opens for a reconciliation between her and Marta. Despite a few attempts to distract himself with tennis matches on the Switch, Raul's thoughts remain fixated solely on Marta.
Elsewhere, Marta grapples with evicting Nano from her home following their alcohol-fueled hook-up. Raul, driven by the need to express himself, arrives on the scene but his efforts fall flat. As he departs, Raul heads to the hospital accompanied by Edu, bracing himself for his impending surgery.
Gina, engrossed in her worries, awaits there, joined by her mother who adds a touch of humor as she seeks assistance setting up her phone. The atmosphere shifts awkwardly when Raul discovers that his surgeon had been indulging in nightcap the previous evening, potentially hungover before stepping into the operating room. This revelation prompts delays in signing the consent form, as Raul's anxiety mounts. However, Edu's intervention eventually persuades Raul to put pen to paper.
Concurrently, Marta is rushed to the hospital, the very same one Raul is in, after experiencing bleeding during a work presentation. Her colleague, too, succumbs to fainting and both find themselves in the hospital's corridors. Tragically, it seems that Marta might have lost her baby.
Yet, Marta's spirits lift when she learns of Raul's impending surgery. In a tender moment, he confesses his love to her before they are wheeled into their respective operating rooms.
The scene then transitions to Raul and Marta by the seaside, clearly recovered and having decided to embark on a relationship together, having conquered their individual struggles.
