In the opening of Episode 3 of Lukkhe, Sanober engages in a conversation with Lucky about the ongoing feud between OG and Badnaam. She recounts how the conflict began when OG stole a song created by Paddy and Badnaam without giving them due credit. The narrative shifts to a public rap battle where Badnaam triumphs over OG, with Sanober, Paddy, and Jazz cheering him on from the audience.

OG's ego bruised by the defeat, he tricks Sanober into following him backstage under the guise of discussing a potential collaboration with Badnaam. However, once there, OG attempts to sexually assault her. In a moment of self-defense, Sanober stabs OG in his left eye, permanently blinding him. Traumatized by both the assault and her addiction, she collapses and is subsequently taken to a rehabilitation center.
In the present day, Sanober confesses to Lucky that she feels responsible for Badnaam's obsession with destroying OG. This revelation shakes Lucky to his core, and he breaks down emotionally in front of his mother. Later, he attacks one of his teammates after hearing him speak ill of Sanober, prompting the coach to send him home.
Meanwhile, Gurbani approaches Lucky and questions his dedication to defending Badnaam. Lucky explains the circumstances surrounding OG's treatment of Sanober and how it continues to affect her deeply. Gurbani urges Lucky to arrange a meeting with Sanober so that she can help her cope with the PTSD caused by the assault. She also shares a video with Lucky to teach him how to communicate with Sanober more sensitively.
Elsewhere, Jazz and Paddy visit Lucky's house, dismayed that he has been avoiding Sanober. Lucky explains that he has been trying to figure out the right thing to say to her and assures them that he is not running away from her.
Simultaneously, Badnaam meets his former partner, Zubeida, who now works for Nimmo. Since their previous robbery attempt failed, Badnaam collects the chemical supply from her and offers her a share of the profits.
In a separate plot twist, OG returns to Punjab and hires two contract killers from Uttar Pradesh to murder Badnaam. That night, Paddy pleads with Badnaam to stop manufacturing and selling drugs so they can start a new chapter in their lives. Badnaam asks for more time, explaining that he first wants to destroy OG's career completely.
The episode concludes with a sense of impending danger and unresolved conflicts, setting the stage for further drama and suspense in the upcoming episodes of Lukkhe.
The following day, Lucky apologizes to his coach and humbly requests to rejoin the hockey team. Sanober, who happens to be there, approaches him and attempts to discuss everything that has transpired. Lucky encourages her, labels her a survivor, and pledges his unwavering support. He urges her to focus on healing through her profound love for music. Motivated by Lucky's encouraging words, Sanober finally makes her way back to the studio.
That night, Badnaam takes Lucky along to deliver Demon pills to local dealers. At the same time, the contract killers Sutti and his brother are tailing Badnaam with the intention of taking his life. However, they fail to act in public and instead uncover his involvement in the drug trade after witnessing him handing over drugs to a client.
Later, in a secluded parking lot, Sutti and his brother finally launch their attack on Badnaam. Lucky and Badnaam manage to fight back and evade the ambush. In the ensuing confrontation, Badnaam fatally wounds Sutti's brother and runs him over with his car.
Enraged by the attack, Badnaam consumes Demon pills and completely loses control under the drug's influence. He repeatedly crushes Sutti's brother under the car, brutally killing him. Lucky is horrified by Badnaam's actions and demands that he show some remorse.
Badnaam tells Lucky that he is willing to sacrifice his own life if it means avenging Sanober's assault and killing OG. Episode 3 concludes with Lucky arriving at Gurbani's house and agreeing to work as her informant to stop Badnaam.
