Malice – Season 1 Episode 4 1

Kit's desire to stay at Rachel's place is met with Jamie's insistence on bringing him home. Despite Kit's stubborn refusal, Jamie eventually relents, returning home with a heavy heart. However, Adam continues to stoke the flames, especially when he pays Kit a visit and spins a tale about Jamie's alleged indifference, painting a picture of familial discord that is far from the truth.

Amidst this turmoil, Nat finds herself caught in the middle, her night with Luc still fresh in the minds of both Jamie and the others. Damien and Jules make an appearance, their concerns about the Thailand fiasco echoing in the air. Adam's casual dismissal of their queries, claiming this 'brother', Paul, is the culprit, only serves to further inflame the situation. Jules is content to let it slide for now, but Damien remains relentless in his pursuit of answers.

Reaching out to Sophie, one of Adam's references, Damien's prying eyes uncover inconsistencies in her story that leave her tangled in a web of her own making. As the night deepens, Adam executes a cunning Docusign maneuver to snoop into Jamie's computer, further exacerbating the already strained family dynamics. To cap it all off, Adam uploads photos from Nat's night out onto the Family Drive, particularly those of Nat and Luc dancing intimately together, adding fuel to the already raging fire.

That afternoon, Jules opens up to Nat, sharing a candid moment where she reveals that she and Adam had a few nights out a few months back, and in the process, she admittedly cheated on Damien. They both laugh about the experience, with Nat even confessing to being envious of the "thrill of it all."

Meanwhile, Damien makes his way over to see Sophie, only to discover that she had lied about having children. He calls her out on her fraud, and to his surprise, learns that there's no brother named Paul either. But wait, there's more! Adam, who has been observing the situation from a distance, attacks Damien after making his way into the house.

Jules arrives on the scene just in time to find Adam on the phone, claiming that he's in a mess and that she should come meet him at the pub since Damien knows about them. With Jules gone, Adam tidies up the mess he's left behind and dumps Damien's body in the trunk of his car. Then he shows up to see Jules.

Adam continues to weave his web of lies, claiming that he's in love with her and sowing seeds of doubt in her mind by suggesting that Damien "hasn't done anything stupid."

As if things couldn't get more dramatic, Adam is stopped by a police officer on the side of the road while picking up Dex and his friends from school. Oh boy, this just got real!
