Guided by her informant, Golu sneaks into the secluded house where Kaleen is hiding. She expertly eliminates several guards, inching closer to her target. As soon as Golu lays eyes on Kaleen, an uneasy feeling grips her, and she instructs Santo and the others to retreat. But before they can escape, Bharat/Chotte's henchmen descend upon them, fatally wounding Santo and grievously injuring Golu. Bharat/Chotte shoots Golu in the stomach, leaving her in his clutches.

Meanwhile, in prison, Ramakant encounters a poet named Raheem. The inmates coerce Raheem to recite his verses, but they are offended when he employs profanity. Ramakant steps in, defending Raheem and saving him from the brutality of his cellmates.

Later, Bharat/Chotte informs Sharad and Devdutt that some of Guddu's thugs had attempted to assassinate Kaleen. Sharad, however, refuses to believe that Guddu would send his men to kill Kaleen instead of confronting him directly. Worried about Kaleen's safety, Sharad takes the wounded man home with him.

The Tripathi household's maid, Radhiya, observes Beena, her eyes clouded with hallucinations, envisioning a cat hovering around her newborn babe. Deeply concerned, Beena fears for the safety of her child within the Tripathi mansion.

As Devdutt nears his home, Saloni orchestrates a call from Ginni to her grandfather, inquiring if Bharat would return home that evening. Bharat, his voice taut, informs Ginni and Saloni that he is entangled in the aftermath of the Kaleen attack and will not be able to make it home. Saloni is disheartened, but Bharat abruptly ends the call to sternly warn one of the thugs about their recklessness in screening vehicles exiting Purvanchal.

Guddu, having successfully brokered a deal, returns to Mirzapur. His mind wanders to Golu's whereabouts, and he queries the locals for her trace. Parshuram informs Guddu that he has been out of touch with his daughter for some time, and Dimpy echoes the same, confessing her ignorance of Golu's location.

Meanwhile, Shakuntala extends a warm welcome to Kaleen and Sharad at Shukal Manor. The air between Kaleen and Shakuntala is finally cleared as they reconcile. Just then, Sharad receives a call alerting him of Guddu and his thugs entering Jaunpur, the city that Sharad calls home. Sharad rushes to intercept Guddu before he can set foot in the city. A heated exchange ensues between Sharad and Guddu, as Guddu accuses Sharad of Golu's disappearance. In an attempt to negotiate, Guddu offers Sharad drugs in exchange for Golu's return. Sharad, however, firmly denies any involvement in Golu's disappearance and urges Guddu to return to Mirzapur.

At that precise moment, Munnawar intervened as a mediator, urgently calling both Guddu and Sharad to halt their clash. Guddu's eyes blazed with menace, voicing a threat to end Sharad's life if anything befell Golu.

On his return journey home, Sharad confronted Lala, accusing him of sneaking behind his back to negotiate with Guddu. Lala explained that he desired to be freed from prison, but since Sharad had failed to uphold his part of the bargain, he had turned to Guddu.

Within the Shukla Manor, Shakuntala offered Kaleen a steaming bowl of soup for dinner. Sharad then disclosed to the duo that Guddu had uncovered a stash of illicit drugs. Kaleen provided Sharad with crucial insider knowledge, revealing that the drug shipments were consistently smuggled into Mirzapur via the waterways.

Sharad conveyed the vital details to Madhuri and their colleague PA Anand. Swiftly, PA Anand alerted the authorities, urging them to intercept the shipment before Guddu could lay his hands on it. Meanwhile, Sharad and Madhuri's bond strengthened through their collaborative efforts. Anand revealed to Madhuri that the narcotics department had been poised to seize the drug shipment before it breached Mirzapur's borders.

At the Tripathi residence, Guddu was growing increasingly agitated over Golu's mysterious disappearance. Parshuram, too, was fraught with worry and attempted to file a missing person's report for Golu. Beena, sensing Guddu's agitation, confronted him for spilling the beans about the shipment to Sharad. Guddu, determined, declared that he would relinquish his throne in Mirzapur for the safety of Golu.

Beena urged Guddu to reconsider his rash actions, but in an attempt to calm him down, she slipped him some opium. Despite his initial refusal, Guddu eventually succumbed to the temptation and snorted a bit of the drug, leaving the episode on a tense and uncertain note.
