Meanwhile, Lucy and Jack are in the midst of a heartfelt confession to Charlie, who listens with empathy. Just then, Jules arrives, sparring with Jack before preparing the drug. Both Lucy and Jules consume it, embarking on a blissful high. Jack, the designated chaperone, eventually persuades them to draw their dreams. The two women complement each other's sketches, filling in the blanks, and Tina identifies the location - Jamaica Plains in Boston.

In another corner, Kira appears at one of Darros' events, confronting him about orchestrating a hit on Lucy. He retorts, emphasizing that human printing is a joint venture, giving him equal say. As Kira's panic rises, Emily guides her to Lucy's trailer, where they search for clues about her whereabouts. Emily confesses her motivation, stating that she understands the responsibility of being the sole guardian for someone. In a book, Kira discovers the young boy's sketch, tearing the page in a fit of emotion.

In Boston, Lucy and Jules, guided by the familiar sound of the wind vane from their dream, find themselves at a house that has been transformed into a sorority abode. To gain access to the bathroom, they must engage in a game of beer pong, and surprisingly, Jules excels at it.

She emerged victorious, and the pair was granted access to the bathroom. Upon entering, they stumbled upon a loose tile beneath the newly remodeled surface, revealing the original bathroom design—identical to the one they had envisioned in their dreams. As they exited, they inquired about the previous owner of the house from the sorority, who provided them with precisely the information they needed.

An amnesiac woman named Melissa had once wandered into the house, claiming it as her own. They had escorted her back to her current assisted living facility. Armed with the address, Jules and Lucy set out on their journey.

Neva, concerned about Jules' whereabouts, checked in on her and found her missing. She grilled Wes, who, overwhelmed by fear and worry for Jules' safety, broke down and revealed everything. However, Neva remained unperturbed, quickly tracking the phone that Jules had borrowed from Wes.

Meanwhile, Jules and Lucy arrived at Melissa's home and visited her. She repeatedly called out for Eleanor, and the head nurse promptly informed Kira of the situation. It seemed Melissa was also on Additive's payroll. Tom, having tapped Kira's phone, hastened to the location just as Kira was heading there herself.

Jules and Lucy indulged in Melissa's delusions, uncovering that her daughter, Eleanor, resembled them strikingly, indicating she was the archetype for their creation. Melissa's aggressive demeanor hinted at a dark past preceding Eleanor's graduation. Before they could delve deeper, Tom, Myung, and Emily unexpectedly appeared.

Jules and Lucy separated, but they were ambushed by the most unexpected of individuals. Jules stumbled into her mother, but shockingly, Neva ambushed Tom. With reassurance, Jules fled with her mother. Meanwhile, Emily captured Lucy and instructed her to attack. Lucy, bewildered, obeyed, gaining crucial time as Myung paused to check on Emily. Lucy's escape was halted by Kira, who offered assistance with a cunning scheme. In a final act, Kira tantalized Lucy with a sketch of the boy, revealing her knowledge of his identity. Lucy capitulated and drove off with Kira.

As Orphan Black: Echoes Episode 4 drew to a close, Kira confessed to Lucy that she was crafted from love.
