This cryptic warning soon appears on Don's pager and phone, ordering him to convey the message.

Paradise – Season 2 Episode 6 1

As June 6 approaches, a woman gives birth to a baby girl. Don arrives at the hospital and attempts to inform her that her daughter will become a killer. The woman dismisses him as a lunatic, and security promptly removes him from the premises. During this scene, we realize that the baby girl is none other than Jane.

In the present, Xavier and Gary hide near a group of heavily armed individuals. Xavier devises a plan to use a bomb as a distraction to search for Teri. In the bunker, Sinatra receives Link's message. Soon, Jane picks her up for the council meeting.

A flashback reveals more of Jane's childhood. As a young girl, she interacts with an imaginary friend named Climby. One day, she locks her mother and her boyfriend inside the sauna and turns up the heat. After her mother scolds her to let them out, Jane complies, only to find herself locked inside the sauna. Her mother says that Don was right – there's something wrong with Jane.

In the present, Presley is frustrated by the lack of protests against the missing people. Gabriela goes through the transcripts of her sessions with Sinatra to try to uncover Alex's identity. She then attends the council meeting, where Sinatra has regained control since Baines' death. She informs them about Link and his armed group waiting outside the bunker and presents a plan to deal with the situation. Gabriela exits the meeting, but everyone else agrees to follow Sinatra's lead.

In the underground prison, Jeremey speaks with Anders (the bunker's architect) about his desire to expose the entire facility. Anders tells him they can access the control room through one of the manholes and shut off the oxygen supply, which would automatically open all the doors.

Meanwhile, Sinatra spoke to Jane, revealing that she knew Jane was the one who had shot her. She asked why Jane wanted her alive, and Jane responded that she was a weapon and needed someone to wield her. The answer satisfied Sinatra, who said she wanted Jane to go out and negotiate on her behalf.

A flashback ten years ago showed Jane fighting a man named Radney during her training at a place called The Farm. Radney overpowered her, and later, a woman named Stacy offered to mentor Jane. She planned to use meditation to help Jane clear her mind and fight smarter, not stronger. It worked, and soon, Jane could take out men like Radney easily.

At present, Presley and her friend met Sinatra's daughter, Hadley. Presley warned her that Sinatra wasn't who she thought she was. Meanwhile, Gabriela met Nicole in prison and asked her about Alex. She didn't know about an Alex but suggested that Gabriela look at Jane, since she was the one who gave Samantha her power.

Jane went outside the bunker and held one of Link's companions at gunpoint, demanding that he show himself. Link came out, and Jane told him their leader was willing to meet. They negotiated and finally agreed on Link coming inside with five other men who would remain unarmed. Jane returned and told Sinatra that they had agreed to the terms.

At home, Hadley asked her mother about missing people, and Sinatra promised she had nothing to do with it. Way underground, Nicole told Jeremy that he and Anders were being too obvious and would get themselves killed. However, he refused to listen.

In the past, Stacy told her that Radner got the promotion she was gunning for. They vented about it for a bit and then played her Wii together. Later, Jane approached Radner and told him he should step down and let Stacy take the job. He told her to leave, but Jane didn't take no for an answer. When she met Stacy for dinner, the latter was shocked by news of an attack on Radner that left him in critical condition in the hospital. She was even more shocked when she realized not only that it was Jane who attacked him but that she had brought him his private parts as a gift.

At present, Gabriela approached Jane and warned her about Sinatra. Jane believed her relationship with Sinatra was different and vowed to defend her from Gabriela's attacks. That night, Hadley messaged Preston and said she knew where the prisoners were.

Underground, Nicole saw Jeremy and Anders heading towards the manhole. She was going to let them be but an officer went in that direction, so she decided to step in. She knocked the guard out and joined the other two as they went down the manhole.

On the outside, Xavier got the bomb to its location but Gary decided to detonate it early and get rid of Xavier. It was his apology that alerted Xavier, who quickly threw the bomb away from him. But now he found himself on the ground surrounded by armed people all around him. Someone fought their way through the crowds to get to him - it was Teri!
