As the police descend upon the scene, Pearce and Freja valiantly fend them off to the fullest extent of their abilities. The fierce gun battle persists for an extended period, amidst which Pearce, Freja, and Esin anxiously await the arrival of their helicopter. Zara seizes Esin, brandishing a grim threat of termination unless Pearce submits to arrest. Reluctantly, he concurs to capitulate, but only on the condition that Freja and Esin board the helicopter first.
