Armed with a search warrant, they storm the club, with Min-seo adding another drug dealer to their haul. Despite his best efforts to purchase them, Dong-Joo refuses, but Min-seo slyly steals them, leaving a mischievous note behind. En route, Tan-sik's urgent need for a bathroom break arises, and given the sensitivity of his hands, Jong-ryeok finds himself in the unenviable position of assisting Tan-sik with his relief.
Meanwhile, back at the office, Min-seo briefs Yu-bin with alarming news: Jung-hyun is plotting an escape. She unveils footage of Jung-hyun hailing a taxi in the aftermath of the club brawl, fueling suspicion. Furthermore, she discloses that the Narcotics unit is already conducting a raid on Jung-hyun's residence, poised to apprehend him on drug charges if they uncover any contraband. Yu-bin, recognizing the urgency, rallies his team to join the operation.
After a brief stop at the Forensic department, Jong-ryeok and Tan-sik race to Jung-hyun's abode. Yu-bin, ingenuity at play, proposes harnessing Tan-sik's uncanny sense of smell to augment the search dogs' efforts. To everyone's surprise, Tan-sik, defying the dogs' lead, uncovers the hidden stash of drugs. Tan-sik abruptly blocks Jung-hyun's path, leaping from his vehicle to apprehend the fugitive. Jung-hyun, panicked, takes flight, with Tan-sik hot on his heels in a relentless chase. Meanwhile, the remaining team members grapple with the confines of the car, strategizing their escape while keeping a vigilant eye on Tan-sik's pursuit.
As Jung-hyun finds himself trapped, he launches a desperate assault on Tan-sik, narrowly edging victory. Yet, Tan-sik, a seasoned Sanda master and a formidable fighter, proves too skilled for the challenge. Later, the scene shifts to a heartwarming moment as Tan-sik aids Beon-joon in packing his belongings. The youth, preparing to embark on a new chapter with his aunt, expresses heartfelt gratitude to Tan-sik for apprehending the criminal. Curious, Beon-joon inquires about Tan-sik's path to policing, and he reveals his aspiration to walk in his father's footsteps, a dream that has led him to this honorable profession.
