Yet, the club lies dormant, shrouded in sorrow following the untimely demise of Romeo's wife, Clarita. Already seething with anger, Romeo storms back to his domain, where Gina daringly enters his sanctum, cash in hand. She deposits a hefty pile of notes on the desk, her breath caught in anticipation, praying it would be enough to sever her chains of servitude. But Romeo, ever the manipulator, tweaks the numbers, revealing her debt to be far greater.

Gina's defiance falters not, and she attempts to walk away, free-willed. However, Romeo's threat to her beloved family serves as a catalyst, igniting a fierce reaction within her. In a fit of rage, she lashes out, striking the pimp across the face. Their struggle escalates, turning deadly as Romeo unleashes a barrage of stabs, piercing Gina's chest repeatedly and once through her stomach.

Coral and Wendy, fellow prostitutes and Gina's comrades, witness their friend's plight and spring into action, striking back with all their might. The chaos culminates in a resounding blow that sends Romeo crashing to the ground, unconscious, his skull split open, blood trickling ominously from the crown of his head. The trio stands over him, stunned and horrified, unaware that this gruesome scene marks merely the first of two fatal encounters that will forever alter the course of their fateful day in September.

The trio of young women, their hearts racing from the recent act of taking Romeo's life, found themselves at a crossroads, pondering their next move. Despite the urgent impulse to flee, they hesitated, realizing that an abrupt departure would only arouse suspicion and incriminate them further. So, against their better judgment, they reversed course, their car swerving back towards the scene.

But fate had other plans. Charlotte, a witness to their indecision, was seized by a fiery rage, pursuing them relentlessly across the treacherous road. As if orchestrated by some cruel irony, a massive truck barreled into their path, its impact brutal and final, claiming Charlotte's life in an instant. The girls' escape was now a desperate flight from justice, Coral, Wendy, and Gina, their bond forged by tragedy.

Gina's condition was dire, yet they shunned the hospital's sterile halls, opting instead for the unorthodox sanctuary of a veterinarian's clinic—a man they knew intimately, a frequent patron of their world. As he delicately assessed Gina's wounds, the truth dawned on him: the knife had struck her spleen, demanding the surgeon's touch. With a mix of compassion and resolve, he agreed to operate, his steady hands their only hope.

Secluded from Coral and Wendy, Gina confided in the vet, revealing a secret that weighed heavily on her heart: she was with child. And in that moment of vulnerability, she begged to forgo the anesthetic's embrace, her unborn life a testament to her strength and courage.

Meanwhile, the shadows of Romeo's empire loomed large, as his trusted lieutenants, Christian and Moises, stormed into the club, their presence a stark reminder of the web of consequences their actions had unwittingly woven. The girls' refuge, fragile and fleeting, hung in the balance, as they grappled with the realization that their future was now painted with the hues of both freedom and fear.
