The tenth episode of Taxi Driver Season 3 commences with a poignant flashback to a time when CEO Kang Ju-ri was a revered idol. As she prepared to take the stage, her manager urgently coaxed her to power through her discomfort and her aching leg, oblivious to the technical mismanagement that awaited her. The stage crew's ineptitude proved fatal, as Ju-ri stumbled and fell, exacerbating an injury that would ultimately lead to the amputation of her leg. Her dreams of becoming a renowned singer and idol were shattered, and in the aftermath, a seething resentment and an escalation of aggression took root within her.

The narrative shifts to the present, where Ju-ri now stands as CEO Kang, the formidable founder of Yellowstar Entertainment. Go-eun, engaged in a hushed conversation with Do-gi, Jin-eon, and Kyung-koo, discloses her inability to access the cameras within the building where CEO Kang and Producer Lee are engaged in their discussion. Jin-eon skillfully navigates the building's network from an unoccupied control room, granting Go-eun the access she sought. However, this digital intrusion generated a noise that disrupts CEO Kang's conversation, prompting her to investigate.
Do-gi navigates the labyrinthine corridors of the building, unsure of his next move, while Go-eun manipulates the cameras and lighting system, turning on lights to create a false sense of malfunction. She deftly guides Do-gi into another room as CEO Kang checks the one he had just vacated. Relieved at having aided Do-gi, Go-eun is unaware that he has inadvertently entered the same room where Ro-mi's video was recorded. Realizing that CEO Kang was complicit in Ro-mi's ordeal, Do-gi's concern escalates.
Back at Yellowstar Entertainment, Do-gi assists CEO Kang in filming training videos for the girls, while Ji-an penned an email to Ro-mi, expressing his apologies and imploring her to return. Sung-chul urges Ro-mi to respond, reminding her that Ji-an's debut was imminent. Ro-mi hesitates, fearful that any contact might stoke unwelcome controversy.
That evening, the Rainbow Taxi team huddled over the information they had gathered, attempting to fathom CEO Kang's underlying motives. Go-eun urged Do-gi to keep a watchful eye on the CEO, but he argued that his primary focus was ensuring the girls' successful debut, leaving little room for intrusive observations.
The next morning, Do-gi and Gyeong-su led the Elements members to their rehearsal for their debut performance. Just minutes before the show, Ji-an suddenly collapsed, and Gyeong-su rushed her to the hospital. With one member missing, the stage team refused to let the group perform.
Do-gi stepped up to the plate, taking Ji-an's place on stage and delivering an astonishingly accurate performance, mimicking her every step. The rehearsal was given the green light. Do-gi, along with CEO Kang and Gyeong-su, took the remaining four members out for their first proper meal, where he wished Ji-an a swift recovery and praised the others for their contributions to the successful rehearsal.
In private, CEO Kang and Gyeong-su discussed Do-gi's growing bond with the girls and wondered what would happen once Manager Song returned. Later, CEO Kang spoke to Do-gi alone, asking him to slap Ji-an for causing a fuss earlier that day. Worried and hesitant, Do-gi was saved when Go-eun, overhearing the conversation, sent Jin-eon into the restaurant. Do-gi staged a fake fight with Jin-eon, creating a commotion.
CEO Kang asked Gyeong-su to handle Jin-eon and instructed Do-gi to take the girls back to their dorm. She then asked Do-gi to let go of the microphone she had been using to monitor him, a gesture that the Rainbow Taxi team interpreted as a sign that CEO Kang was testing Do-gi and had earned her trust.
That night, Do-gi returned CEO Kang's purse to her at a boutique. She rewarded herself by buying four pairs of designer shoes to celebrate Elements' successful debut. Do-gi realized that CEO Kang was still haunted by her failed career and the accident that had changed her life. At the office, CEO Kang celebrated the debut with the girls, with Do-gi and Gyeong-su by her side. She asked Gyeong-su to initiate their plan involving Elements member Soo-jung and instructed Do-gi to join them for the next step of his training.
CEO Kang took the two men to the same building where Ro-mi once woke up. There, she entertained a VIP client who agreed to pay a substantial sum for the privilege of sleeping with Soo-jung. CEO Kang finalized the deal and paid Producer Lee heavily for his help in debuting Elements on his live music show. Overhearing the conversation between CEO Kang and Producer Lee, Do-gi realized that Yellowstar Entertainment was a fraudulent company that debuted multiple girl groups every month on Producer Lee's show. These debut performances were used as a ruse to sell the girls to VIP clients through a club, after which they were discarded and forced into adult work due to poor management.
Sung-chul enlists Do-gi to broker a conversation with Ro-mi, unearthing the truth. Do-gi hails a cab ride for Ro-mi, allowing her to eavesdrop on the chilling exchange between CEO Kang and Producer Lee. He implores her to reach out to Rainbow Taxi for vengeance. Driven by a desire to shield her friend, Ro-mi makes the call.
Simultaneously, CEO Kang employs a tactic from her past - guilt-tripping Soo-jung into meeting the man who captured intimate videos of her. As the Rainbow Taxi crew executes their plan, Do-gi orchestrates a collision with Gyeong-su's car on the night Soo-jung was meant to be transported to the club. The car rolls over, but Soo-jung remains unscathed in her dorm.
Meanwhile, Jin-eon and Kyung-koo don Soo-jung's disguise and enter the club, where the VIP and his cronies await. Do-gi arrives and lays a beating on the VIP. Just then, Producer Lee initiates another live music show, only for Go-eun to hijack it by playing the recorded conversation between him and CEO Kang.
The broadcast crumbles, and Producer Lee attempts to shut it down but fumbles the switch, causing a spotlight to plummet on him, killing him instantly. The recording airs across news channels in an instant. CEO Kang panics and attempts to flee the country, but the media closes in on her building. Unable to reach Gyeong-su, she calls Do-gi, who reveals himself on the rooftop. When she confronts him, she realizes he has betrayed her. Do-gi condemns her for exploiting young, passionate girls to punish them for her ruined career.
As drones broadcast the moment live, CEO Kang stumbles off the roof and plummets to her death. Despite trying to save her, Do-gi is powerless to intervene.
The next day, Do-gi drops Ro-mi off at the dorm, where she reunites with her bandmates. The Rainbow Taxi crew celebrates another successful revenge operation as Ro-mi joins Elements and debuts with them. The episode concludes with the shocking revelation that Kyung-koo takes Taxi 5283 out for service in Do-gi's stead.
