Episode 2 of *The Ba***ds of Bollywood* opens with Parvaiz, Sanya, and Aasmaan arriving at the Sodawaalah office for a meeting with Freddy. Upon arrival, Aasmaan uncovers a dark chapter in Freddy's past: how he had systematically destroyed the career of a promising young actor, Jaraj Saxena. Aasmaan's unease grows as he learns that Freddy had exacted his revenge because Jaraj had dared to sign a film deal with another director while still under contract with Freddy. In a brazen display of power, Freddy had publicly humiliated Jaraj in front of his staff and other visitors.
Yet, in a twist of irony, Freddy reassures Sanya and Aasmaan that he bears no grudge over Aasmaan being chosen by Karan Johar for a Dharma Productions film. Sensing an opportunity, Sanya pitches an ad campaign for a male intimate cream to Aasmaan, highlighting the lucrative pay. Initially hesitant, Aasmaan flatly refuses the offer. However, his resolve crumbles when he discovers that his father requires urgent surgery following a liver transplant. Desperate for funds, he reluctantly agrees to shoot the ad.
The following day, Aasmaan finds himself at the Dharma Productions office, where fate intervenes in the form of an elevator ride with Karishma. Seizing the moment, he apologizes to her, hoping to mend fences. Both are taken aback when they learn they are to be co-stars in Karan Johar's upcoming action-romance extravaganza. During a meeting with Karan, the director regales them with the film's plot and hands them their scripts. With a knowing smile, Karan hints at the possibility of romance blossoming between the two, but Karishma swiftly clarifies her committed status.
After the meeting, Aasmaan and Karishma pose for the paparazzi, who proceed to make crude remarks about Karishma. Aasmaan, displaying unexpected chivalry, defends her honor. In the car, Karishma vents her frustration at her boyfriend, Sameer, for his failure to stand up for her. Sameer, in a bid to appease her, offers a heartfelt apology.
Meanwhile, Aasmaan throws himself into filming the intimate cream ad, which humorously suggests that women are leaving their partners for him due to his irresistibly smooth hands. Outside the shoot, Aasmaan finds himself in a perplexing conversation with actor Aamir Khan. After wrapping up the ad, he prepares to depart for Delhi to be with his father.
Back at the office, Avtaar attempts to share his newly recorded song with his nephew, Parvaiz, and Sanya. However, technical glitches mar the playback, leaving the song incomprehensible. To make matters worse, rapper Badshah arrives and disparages Avtaar's music. Feeling dejected, Avtaar argues with Sanya, who, in a show of support, takes the flash drive containing the song to work her audio magic on it.
On the other side of town, Ajay calls Karan to express his displeasure over the casting of a newcomer opposite his daughter. Undeterred, Karan stands his ground, refusing to back down.
On the flip side, Ajay, accompanied by his wife Anu, son Shaumik, and daughter Karishma, busily prepared themselves for their flight to Delhi. They were en route to receive the prestigious Padma Bhushan award, an honor bestowed upon Ajay. Amidst the flurry of last-minute preparations, Ajay and Anu made a concerted effort to persuade Karishma to reconsider her involvement in an upcoming film, but their pleas fell on deaf ears as she stood her ground.
Determined to ensure his daughter's safety, Ajay firmly insisted that Karishma bring along their trusted security personnel, Sukhi, to Goa for her upcoming intimacy coaching workshop, a prerequisite for the film's shooting.
At the airport, amidst the hustle and bustle, Sanya unexpectedly crossed paths with Aasmaan. Grateful for his assistance during a previous encounter with the paparazzi, she expressed her heartfelt thanks. Meanwhile, Aasmaan's parents, Neha and Rajat, beamed with pride and joy at the sight of their son. Aasmaan, eager to share his recent accomplishments, handed over the earnings from a recent ad shoot to Neha and chastised his father for concealing the news of his surgery. He also excitedly informed them about landing a role in a Karan Johar film.
Neha's eyes widened in shock upon hearing that Aasmaan was set to work alongside Karishma. However, Aasmaan's homecoming was abruptly cut short when Freddy, in a state of urgency, summoned him back to Mumbai.
Back in Mumbai, Aasmaan witnessed a distressing scene unfold as he observed Freddy berating a female set designer with vitriolic words. In a fit of rage, Freddy even resorted to physical violence, kicking the woman who subsequently had to be wheeled away on a stretcher to the hospital.
Already seething from the altercation, Freddy directed his ire towards Aasmaan, demanding that he immediately commence filming for his new project. He further pressured Aasmaan to withdraw from the Karan Johar film, but the young actor stood his ground, refusing to comply. In a bold display of defiance, Aasmaan ripped up the contract he had signed and, with a clenched fist, delivered a punch to Freddy, admonishing him to cease treating his colleagues as mere objects.
The episode concluded with Freddy, his face flushed with embarrassment, ordering all of his staff to vacate the premises.
