The Bear – Season 3 Episode 7 1

In Carmy's therapy group, a man shares his struggle of forgiving a relative who has since apologized and become sober. Yet, the past misdeeds linger, clouding his happiness. The group counselor encourages him to speak his mind, rather than harboring resentment.

At the restaurant, Uncle Gary of The Fak stops by with a fresh tube light. Meanwhile, Sydney meets Shapiro, who reveals that Terry's closure of her establishment has unexpectedly paved the way for his own restaurant venture. He extends a partnership and CDC position to Sydney, eager to make a quick start. Sydney ponders the offer.

Marcus, delving into Carmy's notebook, stumbles upon a photo of renowned chefs. Carmy reminisces about their discussions on legacy and how one's creation is often transformed by another. Sydney joins the conversation, and Carmy confesses that if he had to leave a mark, he'd want to purge the imperfections. Marcus aspires to be a listener, a learner, and a reliable emergency contact.

The beef window is abuzz with the arrival of Chucky and Christopher, veterans of Michael's team. Their collaboration with Ebra streamlines the process, and soon, the beef window is operating smoother and faster.

Elsewhere, Ted Fak engages in a conversation with Gary, reminiscing about his fleeting baseball career. He recounts the moment when someone persuaded him to take performance-enhancing drugs for a bulkier physique, only to be caught and subsequently disqualified. It transpires that Ted had a penchant for gambling on the game's outcome.

Natalie sighs with disappointment as two sets of guests unexpectedly cancel their reservations. Richie, seated beside her, laments the ongoing chaos surrounding the service hours. Their discussion shifts to Natalie's impending delivery, and Richie reminisces about the time they were headed for dinner when Tiffy's waters broke unexpectedly. The day before that fateful dinner, Richie had embarked on a road trip with Michael.

Meanwhile, Sydney vents her frustration by bashing boxes in the dumpster. Inside the kitchen, Tina hands Ebra a clipboard, entrusting her with the paperwork. She then offers Natalie some sage advice on childbirth before informing her that the restaurant has run out of C-folds. Natalie promptly decides to make a trip to the store. As she exits, she encounters Sydney, who was eavesdropping on her father's voicemail regarding a radiator issue. Natalie urges Sydney to sign the agreement.

Richie attempts to deliver an inspiring speech to his staff before the service commences, but he stumbles and falters, leaving Sydney to take the reins. Sydney enters the kitchen to find Carmy engrossed in planning the next day's menu, brushing aside her suggestions without realizing it.

As Natalie loads boxes from the store into her car's trunk, she suddenly feels the first contractions of labor, signaling the end of The Bear's third season, seventh episode.
