Episode 2 of "The Gentlemen," titled "Tackle Tommy Woo Woo," opens with an intense pursuit as Eddie, Geoff, and Freddy hotly trail Dixon's associate, Jethro. After finally cornering their quarry, Freddy proposes a swift and violent end to the chase, urging they eliminate Jethro. However, Edward firmly objects, declaring that he won't harm an innocent man.

Despite their capture, Jethro manages to slip a cryptic text to his compatriots, a move that Susie swiftly informs Tommy they are now deeply entangled in. While Tommy Dixon may be a minor figure in the underworld, his brother, Gospel, is a force to be reckoned with, and their troubles are just beginning.

The Gentlemen – Season 1 Episode 2 1

Gospel stands out as a perilous individual, renowned as one of the largest and most ruthless cocaine traffickers in the nation. As always, Susie reassured Edward with confidence, vowing to handle the situation with ease. She promptly reached out to her trusted associate, Felix, and entrusted him with the delicate task of disposing of Tommy's body in a manner that would remain unnoticed.

Felix devised a plan to bury the body in a remote location, so hidden that even the Almighty Jesus Himself wouldn't think to search there. He further suggested eliminating Jethro as well, but Edward vehemently rejected the idea, instead proposing an alternative that was quickly dismissed by all as a risky and unwise course of action.

Meanwhile, Gospel, Tommy's enraged brother, stormed into Halstead Manor, eager for any clues regarding his missing sibling. Edward, his face a mask of lies, calmly informed him that Tommy had left the manor after successfully completing his business dealings, without any hint of trouble. However, Gospel sensed a deeper truth beneath Edward's calm exterior.

Later, Edward ventured to Jethro's abode, intent on retrieving his passport to facilitate a hasty exit from the country. But his plans were abruptly interrupted by the unexpected appearance of a hulking mobster, likely sent by Gospel to keep tabs on Jethro. A violent confrontation erupted, and Edward, leveraging his extensive special forces training, managed to overpower his assailant. However, in the heat of the moment, he suffered a stabbing wound to his waist, leaving him bleeding and weakened.

As the episode unfolds, Edward gracefully attends Stanley's extravagant party. Amidst the glitz and glamour, he unexpectedly encounters Susie, who reveals a startling secret. Stanley's true intentions are not centered on the grandeur of the manor but rather on the lucrative underground weed business thriving beneath its shadow.

It transpires that Stanley is a notorious drug lord, amassing billions through the sale of meth. Now, he has set his sights on dominating the weed industry and proposes a lucrative partnership with Susie to jointly reap the profits and ascend to unimaginable wealth. However, Susie appears hesitant and reluctant to embrace Stanley's offer.

Meanwhile, a shocking discovery rocks the party. Tommy's lifeless body is uncovered, along with his phone, containing a hilariously absurd video of Freddy, dressed as a chicken, dancing to Tommy's eccentric tunes. Edward's scheming mind is revealed as he had planted evidence to frame Jethro for the murder and theft, a cunning ploy to divert suspicion.

With Jethro's freedom restored, Edward offers him a bag of money, hoping he will flee the country and never return. The episode reaches its climax as Edward confides in his brother, unveiling the existence of an illegal cannabis farm tucked away in the manor's backyard.

The drama intensifies as Edward encounters Susie's father. He informs him that a renegotiation is imperative, offering Mr. Glass a lucrative deal: a significant increase in profits if he vacates his land by the end of the year. The episode ends on a cliffhanger, leaving the audience eager to see how these revelations and new alliances will shape the future of the story.
