The Gentlemen – Season 1 Episode 7 1

Susie makes a visit to her father, bringing news that Jack's prognosis is showing promising signs. As they engage in conversation, it transpires that Susie has already neutralized two of Henry's henchmen but has been unable to track down Henry himself. Bobby, her father, anxiously advises Susie to step back and let him handle the delicate situation. However, Susie's steely gaze betrays no intention of backing down, revealing a resolve that is unwavering.

Meanwhile, Edward crosses paths with Stevens, a confederate of Stanley's. Stevens attempts to persuade Edward that Stanley has no involvement in the attack on Jack, all while slyly requesting a list of the manors utilized by Bobby Glass for his illicit weed lab operations. Stanley's plan is to leverage this information against Bobby Glass, gaining a strategic advantage.

Edward seeks his mother's counsel on this matter, and she reveals a bombshell of information. Years ago, Archibald attended a dinner at Fairbourne, accompanied by eleven other lords. Given that the Fairbourne estate now belongs to Tibsy, the Horniman brothers decide to make a visit to him.

At the manor, Edward stumbles upon a revelation - the names of the other Dukes scribbled in Tibsy's diary. But as fate would have it, the situation takes a comedic turn. Freddy finds himself in an embarrassing predicament, having lost his trousers, while Edward laments the loss of his precious watch.

Henry realized that he couldn't simply wait for Susie to come to him, and he made the decision to take the battle directly to her. He issued a stark warning to Susie, declaring that if she dared to approach any of his men again, he would ensure that she paid the ultimate price. Susie quickly realized the danger of staying in her apartment, knowing that Henry now knew her hiding place. Additionally, she suspected that there was a traitor among them, someone feeding crucial information to their enemy.

When confronted about it, Jimmy confessed that he might have accidentally spilled Susie's location to Gabrielle. Edward, determined to get to the bottom of it, ordered Jimmy to arrange a meeting with Gabrielle. During the encounter, Gabrielle revealed that she didn't know anyone named Henry Collins and confessed that she had actually been hired by Stanley Johnston.

It turned out that Stanley had not only ordered Gabrielle to steal Jimmy's van but had also sabotaged Susie's smuggling operations across Europe. All this time, Stanley had been manipulating events from the shadows, seeking to gain an advantage. Henry, who had also been working for Stanley, had become restless and his actions had led to Jack falling into a coma.

Now, Susie hatched a plan to use Gabrielle, threatening to shoot her if she even dared to betray her. As the episode drew to a close, Edward handed the list to Stevens. Without hesitation, Stevens ordered Henry to eliminate Jack, but Susie intercepted him and captured Henry. It was then that Henry revealed the shocking truth - Stanley had been working closely with Edward all along.
