The tenth episode of "The Manipulated" commences with Yo-han's graceful small talk with Do-kyung's mother at a restaurant, where he also proposes a new security detail for Assemblyman Baek, given Tae-joong's relentless pursuit of Do-kyung. However, Assemblyman Baek dismisses the suggestion with a patronizing laugh, asserting that he can handle the situation on his own, belittening Yo-han in the process.

That night, Yo-han receives a harsh response from the congressman when a group of masked intruders storm his home. Undeterred, he swiftly seizes a sword from one of his sculptures and single-handedly dispatches them all with unparalleled skill.
At Eun-bi's friend's house, Yong-sik opens up to Tae-joong about his past. He was once an alcoholic who, in a drunken rage, threw a cigarette on the floor during a heated argument with his wife. The embers ignited something, and when he returned, the house was ablaze. Unable to summon the courage to save his wife, he was arrested, leading to his downfall. Meanwhile, Yo-han watches camera footage of Yong-sik and Eun-bi, puzzled by their assistance to Tae-joong.
Eun-bi ventures out to a shop for cigarettes but encounters Detective Hwang there. She makes a hasty exit, but the detective recognizes her and sounds the alarm. The detective and Officer Yoon chase after Eun-bi on her bike, but she manages to elude them and reach her destination in time. By the time the officers arrive, they see Eun-bi and Yong-sik driving to the mechanic to pick up their car, acting as if nothing is amiss and claiming ignorance about Tae-joong's whereabouts. In reality, Tae-joong had escaped on his bike.
Later, Yo-han confronts Eun-bi and Yong-sik in person, asking if Tae-joong had paid them to help him. They deny it, and when Yo-han presses further, even mentioning Eun-bi's mother, she becomes enraged and attempts to punch him. The ensuing scuffle results in Yo-han injuring both Eun-bi and Yong-sik.
Meanwhile, Tae-joong sees Do-kyung's social media post and arrives at the location mentioned, where Do-kyung, Seon-gyu, and his goons await him. When Do-kyung refuses to confess her guilt, Tae-joong pulls out his nail gun and takes down most of Seon-gyu's people in a hail of bullets. Then, he engages Seon-gyu in hand-to-hand combat and manages to grab his gun in the process.
As he pursues Do-kyung, who catches sight of him and hops into his car, a thrilling chase ensues. Tae-joong relentlessly pursues Do-kyung's yellow vehicle, while simultaneously being hounded by Seon-gyu and his minions. This sequence leads us back to the very first scene from Episode 1. After a lengthy chase, Tae-joong emerges victorious, slaying Seon-gyu and seizing control of his van. Utilizing it as a weapon, Tae-joong shoves Do-kyung's car forward, resulting in a collision with an oncoming truck. Tae-joong attempts to extract a confession from the bleeding Do-kyung, but in vain; Do-kyung ultimately succumbs to his injuries. At this juncture, Yo-han dials Do-kyung's phone, and Tae-joong answers, finally recognizing the voice of his adversary. Yo-han makes an offer, promising to restore Tae-joong's life to normal and even suggests a partnership. However, Tae-joong remains steadfast in his pursuit, vowing to bring Yo-han down.
The scene then shifts to a lavish apartment where Yo-han engages in a gruesome act, slaying Assemblyman Baek and the young woman he was with. As the assemblyman gasps for his last breath, Yo-han confides that he murdered his parents at the age of 16, when they were planning to donate all their assets to a temple. He stabbed them over a hundred times and then framed a recently escaped murderer for the crime. This realization ignited his business venture in the darkest form of justice. Later, he visits Yong-sik's shop and peruses the surroundings. Upon discovering a photograph of Yong-sik and Eun-bi, he violently burns it, leaving behind a trail of destruction and a sinister smile.
