Sarah quickly calls Alex, scolding her over her actions and demanding an apology to Fred. Meanwhile, Mia escorts Bradley back to the office. Upon Chip's arrival, Mia requests him to serve as Bradley's producer. Corey soon joins them, echoing their sentiment that Bradley is indeed the ideal choice for the show, adding further credence to this notion.

Alex attends a disciplinary hearing where she is berated for her actions. Unfazed, she boldly declares that the show's success is solely attributable to her efforts. Following the meeting, Alex stumbles upon Bradley in the studio, who confesses her aversion to surprises and her reluctance to accept the position. After convincing her to seize the opportunity, Alex instructs her to report for work at 7 am sharp the following day.

The next morning, Bradley meets with Mia to discuss their next steps, voicing her discomfort with being coerced into decisions. Meanwhile, Alex heads to the office to discuss Bradley's appointment with Chip and the writers. She reveals her intention to conduct Brown's interview herself. However, Daniel storms into Chip's office, furious that Bradley has been chosen over him despite being promised the job. The episode ends on a tense note, leaving viewers eager to see how these conflicts and tensions will unfold in the subsequent episodes.

After an intense tennis match with his director friend, Mitch shared his ambitious vision for a documentary that would shine a spotlight on the victims and give them a voice. However, as he realized that his directorial compatriot was also grappling with similar accusations, Mitch pivoted the conversation, eager to delve into the nuances of the MeToo movement.

Bradley's screen tests were nothing short of impressive, her quick mastery of the craft leaving everyone in awe. Following her successful audition, she headed off to a wardrobe fitting with Cory, who revealed his vision for The Morning Show. He believed that the show needed to broaden its audience and attract a more diverse, authentic female demographic.

Meanwhile, Mia entered Mitch's old changing room, pressing a hidden button beneath the table that securely locked the door. Later, she visited Alex's dressing room, warning her against conducting Ashley's interview. Mia's revelation that she had been involved in a secret affair with Mitch shook Alex, who had been privy to the truth.

Back in the studio, Mia informed Bradley that Alex had chosen her to conduct the interview with Ashley. Stunned, Bradley chased after Alex, demanding answers as to why she had been selected and why she wasn't being given the opportunity to rehearse. Alex's blunt assessment of Bradley's inexperience and her urgent insistence that she sign the contract left both women visibly nervous as they prepared to go live together for the first time.

While the latest episode may have lacked the pacing and intensity of its predecessors, it nonetheless offered fascinating glimpses into the complexities of Mitch's character. With Mia now a pivotal figure, her apparent knowledge of Mitch's secrets hinted at more revelations in the episodes ahead, promising a more intense and dramatic narrative.

The first three episodes of this Apple+ original have been thoroughly enjoyable, with Jennifer Aniston delivering a stellar performance.
