Thanks to Catherine's intervention, however, his fate took a dramatic turn, and he was recruited into the elite ranks of Night Action agents.
In the present, Rose, Peter, and Catherine find themselves in a moral dilemma, contemplating whether to coerce Noor into handing over the incriminating document photos. Rose is infuriated by Peter and Catherine's plan to exploit Noor's situation.
Later, upon returning home, Rose persuades Peter to seek an alternative course of action to assist Noor. Meanwhile, at the embassy, Javad delves into the events of the previous night's party, casting a wary eye over his colleagues. Fortunately for Noor, Javad's suspicions haven't yet fallen upon her. Pretending illness, she ingratiates herself to Javad for his assistance the previous evening.
Elsewhere, Solomon visits a clinic, his stab wound festering with infection. Celeste, probing into his future plans and financial security in case of capture, suggests she ask Jacob for a raise, considering the significant risks she's taking in their operation. Solomon seizes the moment to broach the subject with Jacob just before a meeting. Jacob doesn't object, but their conversation is abruptly halted by the arrival of their informant.
It transpires that Jacob and Solomon have been scrutinizing Peter, yet even their well-placed source lacks any pertinent information on him. Peter remains as elusive as a ghost, his allegiances shrouded in mystery. Eventually, Jacob agrees to grant Solomon a raise and a promotion. The conversation then shifts to the possibility that Night Action might signify more than just a code name. Jacob orders Solomon to devise a strategy to bring Peter to him.
Turning to Rose, she receives a call from her boss, who is finally on board with utilizing Adverse as a spy app. Open to promoting her, he nonetheless faces her own list of demands, given their secured funding. She insists on equity stakes and the establishment of an ethics board to safeguard against the app's misuse. Reluctantly, her boss concedes to her terms.Meanwhile, Catherine enlists Saidi to confer with Noor and secure vital information prior to executing the extraction plan. Saidi is plagued by anxiety, knowing he has a mere 24 hours to accomplish his mission. In contrast, Noor exudes optimism and delight, thrilled that Saidi speaks their language. She eagerly imparts all the necessary information to ensure the safe extraction of her family.
Later, Saidi engages in a conversation with Peter, who seems haunted by the aftermath of their operation in Thailand. However, Saidi urges him to abandon his hypothetical speculations and instead seek a moral compass.
Upon returning to the office, Noor discovers that Javad has gone out of his way to prepare a meal for her. He summons Haleh and inquiries about the party preparations, of which Haleh oversaw many aspects, including hiring the caterers. Notably, she was captured on camera conversing with Rose and receiving a phone call.
Initially, Haleh lies, claiming it was her phone that she inadvertently left in the restroom. However, Javad threatens to expose her as a traitor, implicating her family as well. In the face of this ultimatum, Haleh confesses truthfully, explaining that the phone belonged to Noor.
Upon hearing this revelation, Javad sneaks into Noor’s residence but finds no incriminating evidence. He receives a call from Abbas, but he refrains from mentioning his suspicions towards Noor. Nevertheless, Abbas eventually discovers that someone has tampered with his briefcase.
As Saidi embarks on his journey to Iran to extract Noor’s family, Catherine, Noor, Peter, and Rose await his call in a secure hideout. Unfortunately, Noor's brother Farhad creates a commotion upon Saidi's arrival, announcing their impending departure to America.
Unbeknownst to Saidi, Farhad has a girlfriend and was unaware of the extraction plan. He raises an alarm, prompting his neighbors to rush to their aid. Saidi promptly calls Catherine to explain the unfolding situation.
After engaging in a heartfelt conversation with Noor and comprehending the urgent necessity of their departure, Farhad reluctantly concurs to flee Iran. However, their journey is abruptly halted when they are intercepted by the police. In a swift and impulsive move, Saidi opens fire on the officers, plunging the scene into chaos. Seizing the opportunity amidst the confusion, Farhad lunges for a nearby gun and directs his fire at Saidi. Saidi, undeterred, retaliates swiftly, fatally wounding Farhad. With newfound desperation, Saidi forcefully seizes Noor’s mother and presses onward towards the extraction point.
As he hurries along, Saidi dials Peter’s number, relaying the dire circumstances with urgency. Conscious of Noor’s fragile state, Peter decides against informing her of the truth, instead fabricating a tale of the operation’s triumph.
