Nolan, noticing Bailey's somber mood following the baby's situation, suggested adoption as a possible solution. She replied with a hesitant acknowledgment, acknowledging the gravity of the decision. Grey, Harper, and Nolan convened with Garza, their contact from the Rookie Feds, to update him on the situation and emphasize the need for utmost vigilance.

Wes broke the news to Blair that she faced the possibility of spending three to five years behind bars, a fate she desperately wished to avoid. As she walked back to her car, two mercenaries silently trailed her, like shadows in the night.

The team convened in a secluded area, along with Smitty, to scrutinize the list of potential moles. Celina uncovered a crucial lead, suggesting that Blair might be working for Monica based on a past collaboration they had years ago.

Chen, still undercover as a nanny, was briefed on the latest developments. Meanwhile, Monica engaged in a dangerous negotiation with the man who had previously attempted her life. He seemed cocky, unaware that Monica was more than a match for him.

Oscar approached Jason, Bailey's ex, with an offer he couldn't refuse. He appealed to Jason's desire for revenge against Bailey and Nolan, promising to help him escape and demanding assistance in torturing someone in return.

Nolan escalated the pressure on Bailey, revealing that they knew of her secret alliance with Monica. Just as Angela warned the cop tailing Blair of her approach, a mercenary shattered the window and tasered the officer. Blair was then kidnapped by the mercenaries and taken to Monica.

Jason and Oscar, in a fit of rage, brutalized one of Erik Ramsey's henchmen. Oscar boasted to Monica about Erik's indiscretion with his benefactor's wife, a piece of information that could be used as a powerful weapon.

Monica and her bodyguard, Charlie, were cornered in a parking garage by Gundo and his men. They claimed to have been paid half a million to eliminate her, but if she doubled the offer, they would spare her life. She promised to procure the funds, her voice steady despite the gravity of the situation.

Charlie is eager to involve the police, yet Monica stubbornly refuses. With a determined mind, Monica heads straight for Christina Bautista's, unaware that Smitty has already alerted Chen, allowing her to evade Monica's grasp. Worried about Monica's erratic behavior and her involvement in sinister conspiracies, Wesley reaches out to Charlie, urging her to be cautious.

Monica cunningly bargains with Bautista, convincing him to dispatch a hit team to the laundrymat, where they intend to eliminate Gundo. Lucy, eavesdropping on their conversation, overhears Bautista's sinister plans. Realizing the imminent danger, she rushes to inform Angela, while Bautista deviously attempts to evade capture.

With the rest of the team as backup, Lucy arrives at the laundrymat, ready to confront the hitmen. Meanwhile, Monica boards a private jet, accompanied by Blair. Charlie calls Angela, frantically warning her of the impending danger. Undeterred, Harper, Nolan, Garza, Stensen, and Acres board the private plane, heading to Argentina to confront Monica. Nolan, though frustrated with the bureaucratic red tape, remains focused on saving Blair.

Chen and Bradford, partnered together on stakeout, share a moment of humor as Bradford recounts his therapy sessions with Blair, who he reveals to be a capable therapist. Suddenly, the hitmen arrive at Gundo's, their eyes scanning the surroundings for the target. Among the civilians are innocent children, just released from school. Angela, disguised as a homeless person, notices the hitmen preparing their weapons and screams, alerting the children to flee. She is shot in the vest, but her quick action saves the children.

Bradford jumps into the back of one of the gunmen's trucks, followed closely by Angela. As the truck brakes sharply, Bradford loses his gun but manages to wrestle with the driver, armed with only a knife. Lucy, arriving on the scene, joins Angela and together they subdue the driver, using him to bring the truck to a halt.

In Argentina, Blair's condition worsens, while Monica desperately negotiates with the Swiss Banker, who funds Ramsey. She attempts to hand Blair over to him in exchange for favors, but Nolan, unwilling to let that happen, forcefully intervenes. Harper, though annoyed, follows suit, determined to protect Blair.

Nolan and Harper were embroiled in a fierce gunfight with Monica's henchmen, and Nolan emerged victorious, having subdued a mercenary. As Monica fled the scene, Nolan gave chase, but the female assassin's aim was deadly, shooting Nolan in the leg.

They miraculously rescued Blair just before the federal agents intervened, saving Harper from an assassin's imminent strike. Blair was brought back, apologizing to Thorsen as he attended to her.

In the elevator, Lucy and Tim shared a tender moment, with Tim offering her a heartfelt apology. Meanwhile, Oscar and Jason had cleverly escaped prison by posing as guards, and Jason was now headed towards Los Angeles.

As Nolan and Bailey discussed the possibility of adoption, Grey's call interrupted their conversation with shocking news — Oscar and Jason had made a daring escape from prison.
