The Umbrella Academy – Season 3 Episode 6 1

Pogo, dissenting with Reginald's harsh methods, finds himself on the receiving end of a cold shoulder. Before bidding farewell, he entrusts Marcus and the Sparrows with a vial of potent pills—the same ones he's secretly administered to Reginald—intended to quell his ambitions.

In the present tense, Five confronts Pogo about their shared past, only to be met with a dismissive shrug and a hasty retreat. Undaunted, Five commandeers a bike and pursues Pogo to a remote caravan, hidden deep within the wilderness. There, seated across from Pogo, Five presents the flap of skin bearing the enigmatic tattoo, seeking answers.

Pogo, though not yet having etched the symbol onto flesh, acknowledges its ominous connection to Project Oblivion—a suicidal mission that sheds light on the Sparrows' rigorous training. The pills he bestowed were designed to neutralize Reginald's influence and thwart the project's progress, but with Klaus having restored Reginald's sobriety, Pogo warns of impending chaos. To preserve the timeline's integrity, he proceeds to inscribe the tattoo on Five's chest.

Elsewhere, Allison tends to Harlan, who divulges that each of the Hargreeves siblings resonates at a distinct "frequency." When Allison inquires about her own frequency, Harlan's cryptic response—"wrong"—leaves her perplexed. Viktor's timely arrival sparks a decision to collaborate, aiming to redirect Harlan's powers back into Viktor's own formidable grasp.

As Diego and Lila embarked on their quest to locate the elusive Stan, they stumbled upon a bizarre room concealed behind the walls of the Buffalo chamber. Together, they ventured into this enigmatic "murder hole," only to find themselves mysteriously transported to another realm. This new landscape was a stark contrast to their surroundings; the buffalo's head was transformed into a bizarre rear appendage, the snacks were alien to their tastes, and the door slammed shut with a finality that left them trapped.

Descending into the secluded atrium, they indulged in sushi amidst an eerie familiarity that echoed the Hotel Obsidian yet whispered of something amiss. In the midst of this uncanny atmosphere, Lila confessed a stunning revelation: Stan was not her biological child. Rather, she had borrowed him from her friend Trudy for a week-long experiment, to gauge Diego's paternal prowess. To their dismay, even Stan was privy to this elaborate charade.

Enraged, Diego sought refuge in the reception, pounding on the bell in desperation for assistance. However, this act triggered a chain reaction of chaos—the lights extinguished, a primal growl rent the air, and a monstrous entity emerged, relentless in its pursuit. In the fray, Diego suffered a gruesome loss, two fingers severed by a scythe's brutal swing. Backpedaling frantically, they slammed the door shut, barricading themselves from the monster's relentless onslaught.

And there, amidst the terror, Stan sauntered about the room, oblivious to the danger that had just been narrowly averted. But their horror was abruptly escalated as another pulse from the Kugelblitz struck, obliterating Stan from existence without a trace.

Meanwhile, Luther's conversation with Ben at the Sparrow Academy took a philosophical turn. Luther was haunted by the belief that the older version of Ben lingered within him, a specter of the past refusing to relinquish its hold. Ben, however, countered with a surprising revelation of his own—his decision to join the Sparrows. This pivotal choice resonated deeply with Luther's yearning to belong, to be an integral part of a unit. Fei, sensing the gravity of the situation, probed Ben for his true intentions, but he merely smirked, his words dripping with mystery: "Wouldn't you like to know?"

Upstairs, Klaus engages in a profound conversation with Reginald, their gazes occasionally straying to the captivating image of the White Buffalo adorning the wall, a stark reminder of Klaus' harrowing experiences in purgatory. The air between them thickens with an ominous foreboding, hinting at potential turmoil for the enigmatic Project Oblivion that has been whispered about.

Meanwhile, in the sprawling parking lot, a tempestuous clash of abilities unfolds as Harlan and Viktor unleash their formidable powers, sending a devastating shockwave rippling through the vicinity. The force is so great that it catapults Allison to the ground, leaving her momentarily dazed. This fateful encounter culminates in Harlan's powers being stripped away, a bitter irony for one who once wielded them with such impunity.

Allison, now privy to Harlan's sordid past, wastes no time in meting out justice. She unceremoniously bundles him into the trunk of her car, a symbol of his downfall, and drives triumphantly towards the main entrance. Stepping inside, her contempt is palpable as she lays eyes on Luther, now a mere pawn in the Sparrow's garb, a stark contrast to her unwavering resolve.
