Sloane, with gentle persuasion, urges her newfound husband to temper his rage towards Reginald and engage in dialogue. But before Luther can fully embrace this advice, Allison's unexpected arrival softens the atmosphere with an apology. A family gathering looms, yet Luther's defenses remain firmly intact.

Elsewhere, a disheveled troupe of characters struggles to shake off the haze of a nightmarish wedding revelry. Reginald navigates the aftermath, seeking answers from each sibling, except for Five, who's relentlessly focused on uncovering the identity of Reginald's late-night confidant.

The assembly commences, and Reginald weaves a tale of the enigmatic Legend of the Seven Bells, hinting at a grain of truth within the myths and a path to restoration. The key, he reveals, lies within the portal, the very heart of Hotel Obsidian's construction. The solution necessitates the chiming of those elusive bells, but not without facing a formidable Guardian who's already claimed Diego's fingers as a warning.

Confronted with the perilous task ahead, the siblings deliberate, their minds racing with doubts and fears. Five remains skeptical, sensing a trap in Reginald's plan, and he voices his concerns to Luther. Meanwhile, Allison seeks out Viktor, offering a heartfelt apology for her past actions and embracing the idea that the portal might be their salvation after all.

As the group reconvenes, Diego, Sloane, Luther, and Viktor stand firm in their resolve, choosing to abstain from conflict. The pivotal moment arrives, with Five casting the decisive vote, opting to heed his future self's counsel and withdraw from the fray. Reginald's disappointment is palpable.

Luther, following suit, engages in a heartfelt conversation with his father, sharing the weight of his past struggles to deny Reginald's wishes. Amidst a tender apology, Reginald's facade crumbles as he lunges forward, embracing Luther only to betray him with a savage stab to the gut, followed by a brutal slash across his chest. For Reginald, this treacherous act is but a means to an end—uniting the family and navigating the portal's threshold.

As Five's discourse with Viktor unfolds, a chilling revelation dawns: it was Allison who had secretly brokered a deal with Reginald the previous night, shedding light on her sudden transformation.

As the hotel crumbles under the relentless grasp of the Kugelblitz, chaos ensues as everyone scrambles desperately towards that room, a gateway to an alternate realm. Yet, Reginald, unyielding in his cruelty, shoves Klaus aside, deeming him an unworthy burden, condemning him to a fate of being torn apart by the very fabric of reality. Klaus, helpless and aghast, is torn limb from limb, forced to witness his own disintegration as the Kugelblitz devours him whole.
