Tracker – Season 2 Episode 9 1

Elsewhere, Colter Shaw (Justin Hartley) convenes with Keaton (Brent Sexton) to unravel the mysteries surrounding the Gina Picket Case. Keaton's inquiries lead with Frank Whales (Ryan Dorsey), a figure allegedly seen trailing Gina and an everyday presence at the mall – except for the day she vanished. Secondly, Keaton ponders why Gina took an unusually long ten minutes to reach the parking lot, despite her workplace being adjacent to the loading dock. Colter echoes this curiosity. However, their discussion is abruptly halted by a call from Camille Picket (Floriana Lima).

Colter inquiries if Gina ever mentioned Alex Silva's (Johnny Rey Diaz) name to Camille. She responds negatively and asserts her desire to hear no further speculation about Gina unless it's concrete information.

Returning to the table, Keaton reveals that Silva claimed Whales confessed to luring Gina in. This revelation prompts Colter to speculate that Gina might not have been abducted from the mall parking lot. Thus, Colter and Keaton set off to confront Whales about Silva.

The masked individual introduces himself to Brandon, hinting at a sinister camaraderie. During their interrogation of Whales, Colter discovers a dazzling hairpin in his wallet. Confronted, Whales admits to being with Gina but steadfastly denies harming her. He recounts how he came to possess the hairpin and kept it as a guilty token. Upon conclusion, Colter informs him that they'll soon introduce him to The Teacher. Whales protests that he hasn't seen The Teacher for years, as Keaton escorts him into Colter's truck. Meanwhile, Bobby Exley (Eric Graise) calls with a chilling tale from a crime chat forum, eerily paralleling Whales' story. The inactive user's last post was dark and foreboding. Bobby suspects The Teacher is still active, as an Internet forum speculates he's taken a girl named Hannah Olson (Erika Bruci).

After speaking with Bobby, Colter and Keaton coerce Whales to guide them to the farm. En route, Whales narrates tales of The Teacher. Upon arriving at the farm, Keaton and Colter discover a clandestine room harboring a skeleton and an assortment of videotapes, one marked with Gina's name. After alerting the authorities, it's revealed that the skeleton belongs to a male, and Whales is subsequently incarcerated.

Later, Colter and Camille revisit the police station to view the Gina-labeled videotape. Just as they finish watching, Keaton interrupts with the news that Sheriff Yates (Steve Makaj) has granted them six hours before involving the FBI. Keaton opts to revisit the farm to grill the neighbors, while Colter asserts that his contacts are working on tracing the farm's ownership. The Teacher reassures Brandon Stokes (Hudson Williams), soothing his fears by emphasizing that all his actions were ultimately for his benefit. When Reenie Greene (Fiona Rene) enters the station, Colter persuades her, albeit initially met with hesitation, to represent Whales in hopes of securing his cooperation with the authorities.

Velma Bruin (Abby McEnany) enlightens Colter about The Farm's ownership by Patrick Campbell (Mel Tuck), appending Patrick's current address and disclosing his rap sheet, which includes indecent exposure and voyeurism. Armed with this information, Colter promptly contacts Keaton, relaying Patrick's whereabouts.

Reenie delves into collaboration with Whales, extracting what he knows about the situation. Initially reluctant to assist, Whales only changes his stance after Reenie reveals that The Teacher might have abducted another girl.

Colter arrives at Patrick's address to find him residing in a secluded nursing home, Sally Anne’s (Sandy Minh Abley's) establishment. Coincidentally, Patrick's daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren are also present. Colter informs Noah (Nicholas Lea) and Kayla Darview (Jody Thompson) about the corpse discovered at The Farm, to which they express ignorance and admit neglecting the property's upkeep. Patrick, suffering from dementia, offers little insight. Amidst the conversation, Patrick intermittently chimes in, mentioning that he had allowed Colter to leave from the barn. Ultimately, Colter departs nearly empty-handed.

Outside the nursing home, Keaton intercepts Colter with a revelation: Whales, Silva, and the deceased individual are all listed on the sex offender registry. This realization strikes Colter—The Teacher could be exploiting the registry as a hunting ground for his disciples. Keaton further contributes by mentioning Brandon Stokes' presence on the list and his disappearance a week prior. They await location data from Brandon’s cellphone, tension mounting with each passing moment.

Reenie presents Whales with Brandon's photograph, inquiring whether he has any inkling of where The Teacher might have absconded with him. He agrees to divulge information solely to Colter, but only after she warns him of the looming probability of his imprisonment for Gina's murder. Whales, reluctantly, consents to guide Colter to the location where The Teacher once held Gina captive.

Upon their arrival at the decrepit hospital, Colter abandons Whales, shackled to the truck. Inside, Colter swiftly locates Hannah, and promptly informs Keaton of his triumph. Meanwhile, Keaton has traced Brandon's phone to the vicinity but finds no sign of him. As Colter updates Keaton on his whereabouts, The Teacher makes an unexpected appearance outside Hannah's confines. Before Colter can pursue him, The Teacher unleashes a mysterious gas into the room. Colter, however, deftly evacuates himself and Hannah without harm.

Outside, Colter is ambushed by Brandon, who gains the advantage until Whales intervenes, shooting Brandon in the back. Whales also manages to track down The Teacher and finds himself pointing a gun at him. The Teacher persuades Whales to lower his weapon, only to slit his throat in a swift motion. However, at the precise moment, Whales retaliates with a shot, wounding The Teacher. Colter, alerted by the gunfire, rushes to Whales' side, but The Teacher has already vanished. Colter eventually catches up with and apprehends The Teacher, who is revealed to be Noah.

Reenie and Colter provide Camille with a detailed profile on Noah and inform her of his confession to Gina's murder. He also据说 reveals the locations where he buried the bodies. Later, Camille delivers a moving eulogy for Gina at her funeral. Following the ceremony, Camille and Colter exchange a brief conversation, during which she reveals her plans to embark on a European journey. Colter, afterward, expresses his gratitude to Keaton for his assistance and promises to call upon him should he ever find himself in dire straits again. The episode concludes with Colter driving away in his RV, ready for whatever lies ahead.
