Returning to the casino's chaos, John grapples with repairing Evelyn's wounded tire, his efforts met with Quiet's futile assistance and a shocking betrayal. As Sweet Tooth looms, John stands alone, his resolve tested against the clown's overwhelming strength. Bruised and battered, the Clown adds insult to injury, cranking up the tunes to a Sisqo classic, inviting a bizarre dance-off amidst the violence. Amidst the unlikely jam session, Sweet Tooth relents, sparing John and leaving him to ponder this surreal encounter.
Before bidding farewell, John is obligated to endure Sweet Tooth's grandiose "opening spectacle" that evening. As part of Stu and Mike's induction into The Law, Stone tasks them with safeguarding a dilapidated supply truck from the relentless clutches of "Seagulls" – a euphemism for desperate survivors. Suddenly, Sweet unveils his captive, Quiet, imprisoned behind glass, intending to starve her into submission. However, upon recognizing her possession of Evelyn's keys, John persuades Sweet to set her free, yearning for a larger audience for his own purposes.
Sweet Tooth's solo performance is a tedious affair, stretching on for hours until he abruptly descends from the stage, confronting John for his lack of engagement. As Sweet threatens with his machete, Quiet's sudden eloquence stuns the clown, indirectly urging John to voice his honest critique.
