Elsewhere, a trainer acknowledges Ha-na's prowess in song arrangements but Unfortunately, he concludes that her dancing skills, which are lacking, will ultimately dictate her evaluation.
At home, Du-ri dives into her practice sessions, seamlessly slipping into her Mal-soon alter ego as she checks on her daughter and son-in-law. Ha-na, concerned about Du-ri, pays her a visit. Their chance encounter with Mr. Park leads them to an impromptu seniors' singing competition buzzing with local enthusiasm. At the event, Du-ri and Ha-na steal the show with a mesmerizing, unplanned performance. Du-ri's soulful rendition of "The Man in the Yellow Shirt," complemented by Ha-na's latest arrangement, captures the audience's heart.
Subsequently, Ha-na clarifies the misunderstanding surrounding Du-ri's relationship with Mr. Park, prompting Daniel to regret his impulsive decision. He seeks Du-ri out to offer a heartfelt apology and decides to stay at Mr. Park's guesthouse, seeking solace and a fresh start.

Days later, Du-ri crosses his path once again—but this time, he's revealed as a younger man, a twist that throws everyone off guard.
