In the third episode of "You and Everything Else," we find Sang-hak being summoned to the Photography Club booth, a stark contrast to the Sang-hak that Eun-jung is familiar with. This version, a business graduate, leaves her reeling as she attempts to have her black and white film developed but ends up flustered and fleeing the scene. In her haste to escape, Eun-jung inadvertently leaves behind her precious film reel. Sang-hak, with his charismatic charm, gives chase across campus, eventually catching up with her.

As he peruses camera equipment, the familiarity of Sang-hak's presence triggers a flashback for Eun-jung. The realization that Sang-hak had actually died in the military, found three days later in the mountains, is a devastating revelation for both her and Sang-yeon. The memory lingers as Sang-hak snaps a photo of Eun-jung, invoking the same words that Sang-yeon's brother had once said about photos being a collection of time.

Eun-jung becomes increasingly timid and awkward in Sang-hak's presence, and her friends witness her growing discomfort and embarrassment over small missteps. Despite this, Sang-hak persists in his efforts to befriend Eun-jung and the other freshmen, leading to a night of drinking games and merrymaking.

However, Eun-jung's evening takes a turn for the worse when she becomes completely inebriated and is brought home by Sang-hak and another girl named Su-mi. Her mother's rebuke is but a minor concern compared to the emotional turmoil Eun-jung is experiencing.

Su-mi's playful rings in the morning tease Eun-jung, recounting the drunken scene where she boldly declared her refusal to date Sang-hak. Eun-jung, mortified by the memory, braves the morning to confront Sang-hak, only to find a chasm opening between them as he withdraws his pursuit and treats her like any other student. Eun-jung can't help but stare, her emotions teetering on the brink of a rekindled interest. Everything about Sang-hak seems charged with significance, yet she feels as though she's squandered her chances.

Meanwhile, Eun-jung's college life doesn't exactly flourish either. But Ms. Yoon, who has maintained a connection with Eun-jung's mother over the years, arrives with a message of encouragement—believing this is the perfect time for her to spread her wings and grow. Eun-jung longs for an exhilarating life but seems distant from attaining it.

As an upcoming trip looms, the awkward tension between Eun-jung and Sang-hak simmers on the rooftop. He apologizes for crossing a boundary and expressing interest, while Eun-jung apologizes for her outburst. The catch? She blurted out in her inebriated state that she hated Sang-hak—a little misunderstanding that's smoothed over when she shares a bit about Sang-hak and his name coinciding with Sang-yeon's brother's.

During the school trip, Eun-jung waits for Sang-hak, but he doesn't show. On the bus ride, Eun-jung is consumed by anxiety, convinced something dire has happened, much like what befell Sang-yeon's brother. She tries to convince herself it's just a case of oversleeping, but the fear consumes her until she spots Sang-hak again. When their eyes meet, she runs away. Sang-hak catches up and sees her crying, apologetic given he fell asleep after an early wake-up call for the trip. Eun-jung admits that she thought he was gone and can't stop the tears from flowing.

With this realization, Sang-hak begins to comprehend the exact reasons behind her past actions and the intricate story with her "oppa" from the past. As Eun-jung stops her tears, both confess their mutual liking for each other, marking the official commencement of their dating journey, leaving Sang-hak with an uncontrollable grin on his face.

Fast-forward a year, Sang-hak proudly displays the pictures he's captured, showcasing his love for Eun-jung through his lens. Their love continues to flourish, and he's amassed a significant collection of her images. However, a new freshman joins their circle for the year, Sang-yeon, who wields a Leica camera and on her registration form, writes "I cannot tell" under the reason for joining.

Eun-jung's reunion with Sang-yeon is inevitable. Their eyes lock, a smile spreads across their faces, and the room erupts into a round of applause, symbolizing the intricate web of connections and emotions that weave through their lives.
