Anne Hathaway has finally unveiled her genuine affection for working with Australian actors. During her recent appearance on Channel Seven's Sunrise, she was asked what particularly captivated her about collaborating with Aussies. The 43-year-old American actress replied, "I love the laid-back attitude of Australian actors. I think it's all about playfulness. Aussies are quite private when it comes to taking things seriously... It's a vibe where no one takes themselves too seriously."

The Princess Diaries star further added that despite their laid-back demeanor, Australian actors work tirelessly. "Secretly, everyone is taking the work seriously," she said.
For those unaware, Anne has worked with Australian actors like Hugh Jackman in the 2012 movie Les Misérables and Rebel Wilson in The Hustle. She also shared the screen with Patrick Brammall in her recently released film The Devil Wears Prada 2. Earlier this month, Patrick revealed why Sydney Sweeney's cameo was cut from the Disney sequel. "When putting a film together, things have to go... and so Sydney Sweeney went! I never met her, but she was apparently in the opening sequence," he said on the No Filter podcast. He further explained that Sydney's role was omitted to enhance the movie's overall narrative flow. "It's all for creative reasons and time, that sort of stuff. There were a few scenes that I shot that weren't in the movie," he said.
The Devil Wears Prada 2 hit cinemas on May 1st.
