"Brawls? Races? Any other archetypal bad-boy tropes lurking around?" Introducing yet another rebellious spirit and his fangirls. Prime Video has unveiled the official trailer for its steamy streaming film titled "My Fault: London," set to entice viewers on PV come February. This endeavor is, in fact, an English-language adaptation and London-centric version of the Spanish series "Culpa Mía" (My Fault) and its sequel "Culpa Tuya" (Your Fault) from the previous year, both based on Mercedes Ron's "Culpables" novel series. Embarking on a journey that will forever alter their lives, Nick and Noah are about to intersect in ways they never anticipated.

Cheesy Romantic Thriller UK Remake 'My Fault: London' Full Trailer 1

An 18-year-old girl, Noah, crosses the Atlantic with her mother and affluent stepfather to London. There, she encounters her stepbrother, Nick, and despite their best efforts, a magnetic pull begins to form between them. Unbeknownst to Noah, her estranged father, fresh out of prison, starts trailing her steps. Starring Matthew Broome and Asha Banks, alongside Eve Macklin, Ray Fearon, Enva Lewis, Jason Flemyng, Kerim Hassan, Sam Buchanan, Amelia Kenworthy, and Harry Gilby, this remake might raise eyebrows given the Spanish original's global acclaim. Why fix what isn't broken? Well, it aims for that quintessential melodramatic cheese, and it seems to be embracing it wholeheartedly.

When Noah's mother, Ella, finds love with the affluent William, their world shifts as they relocate from America to London to share a roof with William and his son, Nick. Upon her arrival, Noah, now 18, crosses paths with Nick, the quintessential bad boy, and an instant spark ignites between them. Noah spends the summer adjusting to her new surroundings, forging friendships within Nick's diverse circles, and grappling with their tumultuous connection as they strive to resist their growing attraction. However, Noah is blissfully unaware that her distant father, recently freed from prison, has set his sights on her. Noah will be compelled to confront her devastating past amidst her first-ever brush with love.

"My Fault: London" is co-directed by Charlotte Fassler and Dani Girdwood, with Girdwood making her feature-length directorial debut following her stint with music videos and short films. Melissa Osborne pens the screenplay, inspired by the Spanish "Culpa Mía" film series conceptualized, penned, and helmed by Domingo González. Produced by Ben Pugh and Erica Steinberg under the 42 banner, Amazon Studios will premiere "My Fault: London" exclusively on Prime Video, starting February 13th, 2025. Intrigued?
