The narrative of "Eternity" unfolds in an enigmatic afterlife realm where souls are granted a fleeting week to decide their eternal abode. Post-mortem, Joan (portrayed by Olsen) finds herself torn between Larry (Teller), her lifelong companion, and her youthful love, Luke (Turner), who passed away decades prior. "So much has transpired in merely seven days," a perplexed Olsen declares to Teller in the trailer, "You've passed. I've passed. I've been reunited with both my deceased husbands, and now I must choose my eternal resting place."

Freyne, who co-penned the script with Pat Cunnane—whose original screenplay garnered Black List accolades in 2022—steers this cinematic endeavor. Producers Tim White and Trevor White oversee the production.

Olsen's recent credits include notable films like "The Assessment" and "His Three Daughters." Teller has recently led the Apple TV+ film "The Gorge" and is set to feature in next year's highly anticipated Michael Jackson biopic, "Michael." Turner, meanwhile, shone in last year's Apple TV+ series "Masters of the Air."

During an earlier interview with "Extra," Olsen teased about "Eternity," saying, "It's pure delight. It's a nostalgic nod to Billy Wilder's classics. I believe it's destined to be a unique romantic comedy that we're all deeply proud of. I can't wait for it to enchant audiences this year."
