On Tuesday, Apple TV+ premiered the official, heart-stopping preview of the film, "The Lost Bus," which draws its inspiration from Lizzie Johnson's compelling tome, "Paradise: One Town’s Struggle to Survive an American Wildfire." This gripping narrative recounts the devastating 2018 wildfire that ravaged Paradise, California.

The trailer commences with McConaughey's character, Kevin, receiving a frantic radio call alerting him to the plight of "23 stranded children" trapped in an elementary school, desperate for rescue from the encroaching wildfire. These children, coincidentally, find themselves under the watchful eye of Mary (portrayed by Ferrera). A haunting still from the trailer labels this blaze as "the deadliest wildfire in California history," setting the tone for an edge-of-your-seat experience.
